repaired 5 times and is now out of warranty. cannot even generate a service repair for the freezer that is running at 60 degress. have not been able to use it for more than a couple months in 3 years. no support available. should have been replaced within a year.

refrigerator works fine, lots of nice features. like the connectivity. the ice maker stopped dispensing ice within 1 week of installing. still makes ice but will not dispense through door. tech came out. a small motor that operates flapper in door failed. motor was so hot, tge tech couldn't handle it. fire hazard? have to wait another 2 weeks for parts and repair.

the only thing we would change is the ability to raise or lower the main shelves. they are fixed in their postions. samsung thought the "flip-up" or the "drop-down" half shevles would be sufficient for taller items but i suggest an abillty to rait the top shelf two inches and/or lower the second shelve two inces would be of greater utility and you would not lose shelf space throught the flip-up nor the drop-down features. they are really useless to us.

opted to self install due to covid had one removed $15 - lowes wanted $30. good protection on delivery and water hose supplied. took time to remove but was easy to replace shelves etc fter sanitizing. sleek, very quiet operation, even with quick cool and quick freeze selected. ice maker ok after initial cooling. great design features: self fill water jug with infuser inside door; 2 part door keeps cold air in when; folding and sliding shelves for taller items; deli drawer full width with temp control; 2 half width drawers with individual humidity controls. old ge freezer nothing but trouble, poorly designed and noisy in comparison. very impressed so far and warranty is excellent, just in case. only negative was samsung didn't deliver in the advertised 3 days took 7 days

from the beginning the ice maker will "freeze" up and cause the ice to become "frosty" not clear/clean ice. also, the clear body of the in door water pitcher is faulty either by design or production. after using for a few months the pitcher lid seal will not longer stop the unit from dripping when pouring water out of it. the clear body clearly has a mold like a deformity at the worst possible location. i'll be on my 3rd pitcher in a little over a year now. not a great quality, designed, built product. be warned.

almost one year after having i open it and there is a very strong smell kind of like melting plastic so called he told me we know we have some problems with our fridges set time guy comes checks it, it is the compressor waiting for another guy to finally change out the compressor the very next day it stopped working again he has to order another part [i ask what part and he tells me the part that goes in there] so i ask again [ if it means anything to you it is the evaporator ] and now i have been without a fridge for about a month and a half so we call and they will not call us back i do not trust this fridge anymore i am very worried that the smell in there [which the repair man does not even know what it is] is something that is going to cause a fire.

if you do, don't try to clean it. the black stainless finish comes off. naturally out of warranty. now the water dispenser does't work! the icemaker freezes up all the time. what happened to the days when you could plan on your appliances lasting more than a couple of years?

Bought this to replace a 14yr old Whirlpool side by side, this is so far ahead, so many features and so much room. Water and ice feature work great. Only problem we have had so far is an annoying whirling sound, not sure what it is. But otherwise a wise purchase.

We have had our new refrigerator for 2 months now. I have nothing but praises! I thought the showcase door was just a gimmick, but we really love it! Quick easy access to frequently used items. The other feature I really LOVE is the self filling water picture inside the refrigerator. I now drink much more water than soda.

We had to replace our fridge due to a defect, but couldn't do so with the same model due to its being discontinued. This model was the replacement of the discontinued model, but it's not nearly as nice. e.g. The ice machine spits ice fragments everywhere, instead of into your glass, creating a big mess. The freezer doesn't include the door bin, although the mount points are there for it. Overall, this fridge represents a big step backwards.

We brought this little over a month ago after looking at so many others. We chose it because it has a large freezer compartment. Filtered cold water readily available, lots of room on the inside, a food compartment showcase and was able to purchase for a great price, we were also offered a great price on an extended warranty. Our only pet peeve is that it does not appear to be fingerprint proof as we were told it was, as we are having to wipe exterior frequently

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago from Lowe's. I changed from a side by side. The interior light is very bright which is a nice feature. The freezer is a good size. One drawback is that the ice cream stays fairly soft and never hardens. It is also difficult to store tall items. The slide in shelf allows tall storage in front which means those items must be moved to access shorter items in the back section under the slide in shelf. The lift
up shelf affords storage for tall items. The food showcase door sometimes sticks and the
entire right side opens. The storage bins are nice as is the deli drawer. The refrigerator operates quietly as does the ice maker. All in all, I like the refrigerator, but it will take some time to adjust to it. I did buy it on sale at Lowe's. After some issues with delivery, Lowe's did give me an additional discount which made the purchase a very good deal.

I've had this fridge for a little over a month and I love it. It's very roomy and keeps my food at an even temperature. I also love the automatic refill pitcher. However, the pitcher does leak when pouring water. I have to pour over the sink or else water will be all over the place. I've been trying to request a new one but have been unsuccessful.

This was delivered 6 weeks ago and it is hands down the best refrigerator I have used. I thought I wanted a side by side but so glad I got this instead.
Every corner is utilized, the temperature settings are perfect. The freezer drawer is so convenient. I love the ice maker at the top...its small but works great for everyday use. I can dispense both water and ice with the dispenser and no fishing for ice separately in the freezer drawer. The door in door feature is great for grab and go. And to top it off- smudge resistant so i am not having to wipe it down every time we open it. All in all, this one checks ALL the boxes!!!

We love our new Samsung refrigerator! This is the second Samsung refrigerator we have purchased. We still have the 1st one, this was bought to replace another brand that came with our house. It has a lot of space with the french doors. The water pitcher feature doesn't always fill the pitcher, but after a few times pushing the button it comes through. The freezer drawer doesn't have as much space as my older model 2 door side by side model, but it works great for freezing large platters. I also love the easy access door for condiments. We do not use the wifi options, it just isn't necessary for us.

Saw this fridge and fell in love. The showcase door is a life saver in my house because I go in the fridge constantly for water which I fill from the self depending water jug. There is always a full glass on the shelf. There are so many great items included such as fold up and slide back shelves to the water and ice dispenser.
It so big I could sit inside on hot days to stay cool.

I've only had my refrigerator for a few weeks and the handle already fell off plus the water dispenser inside leaks when you pour. If I adjust the shelves for milk to fit, theres barely room for anything on the above shelves. The top freezer tray doesn't extend all the way. The spacing in the left door is very narrow and doesn't seem to fit anything except sauce packets. Support has been absolutely awful and the Samsung representative I called originally made me scared to file a repair because she said I would have to pay for the repair if they didn't feel the issue fell under the warranty. The fridge looks nice visually and keeps my food cold.

So far so good with this refrigerator! My favorite feature is the built in water pitcher in the door. Love being able to pour multiple cups of water without holding up to the door. The seal on the pitcher does leak though. The one downside to this fridge is the ice dispenser allows the ice to fly out all over even when a cup is held right up to it. I do not use the crush ice option because it is worse. Other than that, the refrigerator is very spacious. I run a daycare and I stock up on a lot of food and I have yet to fill it full. I also like the built in temperature and door alarm.

I am really happy with this refrigerator I bought about 2 months ago. We were looking for a big capacity one but without taking extra space as we were replacing another one. This one has a lot of capacity and it's really versatile with the movable trays. The features I love the most, apart from the french doors, are the auto refilling water pitcher and the full size tray which is great for cakes and larger trays. Also the vegetable drawers are awesome and they make my vegetables and fruit last way longer. This was my first Samsung Appliance but I will definitely buy more...

not easy to clean. 2 yrs in, the ice maker had to be reset often until it finally stopped working all together. i am not happy about having to pay another $300 to buy a replacement.

I love the drink door! So great opening to get a drink! Quick and does not let warm room air into the fridge. Also love the water pitcher on inside door that automatically refills! The fridge is in the tech world with digital temperature read out! The design allows for easy organization! Also easy to clean. Much more freezer space than I am used too! I got a good deal also! Such a great purchase!

I was looking for a certain size refrigerator with French doors and Samsung had the perfect one. I love many of the features, very spacious with an auto fill water pitcher, foldable shelf for the tall items, water dispensed in the front not in the back, the stainless is easy to keep clean, runs quieter than my old one. I wish it had a light on the outside for evenings when I want a drink, the inside is well lite up. The easy access door could have a stronger magnet, it doesn?t always open separately when holding the button down. Over all I?ve enjoyed the new refrigerator since purchasing it from Costco almost three months ago. I liked the idea of free delivery and installation. The delivery guys called in advance, it worked out good with no scratches or dents. I?ve had good luck with Samsung products.

There are features with this appliance that my family loves. The in the door water pitcher is used by everyone, even my skeptical middle son. We use the deli drawer for all our meats and cheeses, so they're easy to find and keep fresh. The pocket door hold 2 gallon jugs of milk if you need it to. The metal "guides" are not carry handles, but are useful to keep tall things in the shelf as the door opens and closes. The small bottom shelf in that door we keep stick butter or margarine. The icemaker has never once ran out of ice, a problem we had with our previous refrigerator. We were lucky to talk to a Samsung appliance rep who was at the store we had decided to make our purchase from and asked many questions about this model. But, we had already narrowed down our selections to 4 by the time we entered the store. Our of necessity, we needed a freezer with the space designed to hold more than one box of frozen pizza and enough food for more than a few days for large family. Because of the slide drawer, we can find what we need with less searching than with traditional side by side shelves. The main shelves are sturdy and the ice maker side door shelves are useful for small bottles and such. The outer appearance enhances the look of our kitchen. To sum up, the features are all useful. The bluetooth is for using the Smart Things app and if you decide to download it, comes in handy. So far we have used this for six months. Still runs quiet and keeps cool.

We loved our old french door Samsung so bought another one. Although the door within a door, along with the water pitcher, cost us space for tall items, I do appreciate the feature. There is so much less cold air that falls out of the refrigerator when you only open the outer part of the door compared when you open the whole door. I never could get the WiFi to work. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service and the next option was to "dumb-down" my WiFi and see if that would work and I wasn't willing to do that. I'm glad we bought it, but we do have bottles of juice lying on their side due to space restrictions. What could go wrong there?
