Frig has been in service for five months and has performed up to advertised level. Space internally is great, and is adjustable to meet your needs. Very quiet and good appearance. Would buy again.

We bought this French door fridge this past fall, just from looking at the pictures and measurements. We never got to see the fridge in person, we took a chance. The day the fridge came, we were so impressed with all the features and color of white stainless. We were very lucky to have purchase it and had it delivered within a few weeks. We love all the features, shelving, ice maker and room. I highly recommend anyone looking for a fridge of this size.

clear. The ice maker makes a lot of noise. The Customer Service has been very

We replaced an old fridge with the freezer on top because we wanted the convenience of the freezer drawer on the bottom. Boy are we pleased with this model. The shelves are also super sturdy and so easy to rearrange and customize your storage space. Love the water and ice dispenser on the door!

needed a new refrigerator, this samsung model fit our opening perfect.
a couple of minor issues: the freezer handle fell off after the installer left; called him back and he tried to fix but said we needed a new handle. numerous calls to samsung before we could get a repair tech here; once he was here, fixed in no time at all.
the water dispenser dripped for first week or so, but then stopped. i understand now that this is normal.
bottom drawer should be in two sections, not one, as you have to open both doors to access drawer, not convenient.
temperature settings not that accurate according to my thermometer, but technician said + or - 4 degrees is normal.
no separate compartment for butter.
overall we are happy with our purchase, these nitpicks not withstanding.

we love the extra room and all the features. the model is similar to the 12-year-old ge we just got rid of because of a clogged defrost line. the only feature we don't like is that you cannot remove the vegetable drawers without removing the door containers. the left door sometimes does not close properly because the flap sticks out, so i have to close that first before closing the right door.
