thedon't buy this refrigerator if you like to keep it clean or need shelves on the door that actually hold something. you need a tool box and two people to get the glass out of the bottom shelf. and the glass on the other shelves doesn't come out, so get ready to shove something in between the glass and the plastic, then get what you can with the sprayer on your sink. the shelves on the ice maker side are shaped like and l and the long side of that l is about a inch wide so it is useless (got a cream cheese in it, but it was tight.

we are disappointed with this refrigerator being that it is only 3.5 years old . we replaced the ice maker twice in 6 months with the last one only working for a month. also i had to glue two of the door shelves after they cracked. i would have replaced them but 90 dollars for a door shelve is extreme.

the ice maker is constantly frozen, our back panel in the fridge is a solid block and ice, there is a 1inch sheet of glass under the crisper drawer - all of these issues are known defects.

We were super happy when we first got this. There is so much room and the french doors are so great for space. Right after the warranty expired the ice maker stopped working. There is no auto stop for the ice to stop when it is full so it just keeps making ice and eventually freezes the whole mechanism and clogs the ice maker. Then you have to defrost it or scrape ice off for it to start making ice again. We are very disappointed that a name like Samsung would have this issue. We have Samsung phones and love them...guess they are not the best with appliances. Wondering what to do to make it right.

I love the look and the set up of the fridge, however the ice cubes come out white and like a snow cone. We have had ours for a year now and can't use the ice. Other than that, I love the bottom drawer and the pull out pantry.

Purchased this a couple of years ago as part of a kitchen suite which included the microwave, range and dishwasher. The ice maker has been nothing but trouble (since the warranty expired). It jambs up with ice every week. After much correspondence with Samsung the only thing that would help was to defrost the ice maker with a hair dryer. I'm currently waiting for a service appointment which I'm sure will cost a pretty penny.

The drain line freezes and water floods the refrigerator and then the ice maker starts freezing up. Have added the defrost drain line extension that is said to fix the problem and it still happens. Terrible engineering design.

Bought this unit 4 years ago. While it was still under warranty it required service several times for water leaking inside. Just as the unit went out of warranty the ice maker began freezing up and not producing ice. I researched the problem on line and found many other people with the same problem. After spending several hours on the phone with Samsung, I got no where. They refused to admit that it was a manufacturing problem.

Our delivery and installation was flawless and professional. Once I got the first glass of water, the dispenser started to drip. Resetting the filter helped for a few minutes and then the drip started again. Customer service was lengthy and frustrating.

I love having a french door design; in the past I had side/by/side. One complaint that I have is when dispensing the ice, it is very slow coming out. The 2 slide out drawers also have humidity controls on them. They need to have tighteners on the humidity controls; when barely touching them, they move to a higher or lower humidity control too easily. But overall, I am very happy with my choice of this Samsung product. A control to turn the light on for the water/ice dispenser would be helpful; it goes on by itself when dispensing ice/water, but goes off too quickly.

We've had ours for a about three weeks now, and definitely no complaints. More than enough space for a family of four. Since we don't get pizza delivered (we live well beyond any restaurant delivery service) we found the pizza drawer works perfectly for meats and cheeses. The fridge cooled down within and hour after installation, and we had ice in another 2-3 hours. We've not experienced any noises from the motor, and are pleased with the overall fit and finish.

Prior to purchase I read other reviews and was skeptical. Biggest raised concern was Ice Maker was to noisy and some poor recommendations. Samsung from my own past personal history was not good but the price was right and a friend had a Samsung fridge and was happy. So we purchased and were pleasantly surprised. The ice maker noise complaint is only when it drops ice, big deal, at least I know it is making ice. Wife's happy so I'm happy. Happy wife happy life. ;-)

Normally we like and enjoy using Samsung Products. We bought this fridge almost four years ago. Within the first year, the ice maker started freezing up with water running down the front of fridge pooling on the floor. One storage shelf on inside door cracked then broke apart, shelves inside are starting to crack, rust is forming at the base edge of water dispenser, 1/3 cup of water dispenses first when getting ice, pieces of black stuff shows up in water. A repair person removed mold from inside dispenser. Disgusting. Before our warranty expired we had a repair man out 5 times. On top of all that it's noisy. This is a horrible product and will NEVER buy another Samsung refrigerator. I tell as many people I can not to buy Model:rf263beaww/aa

This fridge is so quiet the delivery guy couldn't even tell if it was running. He had to stick his head into the freezer compartment to listen for the compressor. I was unsure of buying a Samsung refrigerator and it was all an accident that I bought it anyway.I bought a refrigerator because mine broke, and the very day it was to be delivered the store called and told me that the refrigerator that I bought was smashed and I would have to either buy a different one or wait two weeks to get a replacement. I have had this refrigerator for just over two months now. One reason we chose it is because it has narrow drawers on the left fridge door, where others had no storage behind the icemaker apparatus. This operates very quietly, and the freezer door and drawers seem sturdy and slide easily. I would buy this again. We set the wide shallow drawer at the bottom of the fridge compartment to the CHILL setting for the extra coldness and store bottles of beer flat on one side, and cheeses on the other side. Mold on cheese used to be a problem in my old fridge, but not now.

I spoke with several customer service reps and no one told me that the product was never registered by the consumer. The only information given was that my warranty had expired.
