i've had this range a little over 2 months, and 2 of my nobs don't work: one is stuck and the other broke off. i've attempted to order replacement oem nobs via the samsung parts website and amazon with no luck. amazon sells the stainless stell color, whereas mine is the black stainless steel. i don't see this item via the samsung parts page either. alas; upsetting.

It was from the late that lighting an oven was complicated because I had to light a lighter and put it through a hole hopefully that it would not turn off to be able to light the flame, with this new range, pressing 2 bottles is already preheating it, additionally you can also control it from your smartphone, on a super sensitive and functional touch panel, I had my doubts about this but it has worked wonderfully

Love my Samsung gas range. The black stainless steel is easy to keep clean with no fingerprints. The oven plays a tune when your meal is finished cooking. The grill is heavy duty and can withstand different types of pans. Quickly heats up my cast iron skillet.

range top burner giards are hard to keep aligned, also hard to clean as you have to take everything off, every time. also you can wipe down the front without starting an oven cycle, very frustrating, will look elsewhere next time for a different brand.

The range fits perfectly into my kitchen and looks fantastic with my other existing Samsung appliances. It has great power, and the grates look very sturdy, enough to hold several large pots. The only drawback is that the burner grates rubber pads are peeling off from the bottom, and the grates are scratching the surface of the range.

to get straight to the point the range panel stopped within two weeks of being installed. turns out the replacement part is on back-order so i will be issued a refun because i can't even get an exchange. customer sevice has totally given me the run around and has asked for my purchace documentation numerous times. overall totally unsatisfied with the way they have handled the whole situation. i have been a loyal customer- bought my entire kitchen appliances and washer from them. might have to totally reconsider buying additional samsung products.

i've had this unit less then 3 months and i have yet to use it to its 100 capability. first the lcd screen would not unlock unless i would disconnect it from the outlet, now the "open door" sign comes on as soon as we start the oven even if the door is closed. i have been waiting for a service call for 2 months and up to today no one has showed up. do not buy this product.
