i bought this stove from samsung in march 2021. it was under the 1 year warranty when i started requesting replacement knobs. we are currently only able to use 2 burners. i bought the additional warranty through samsung too. after numerous calls to various branches of this hierarchy of dysfuntion, i'm told my stove has an "incorrect" serial number and i'm basically wasting my time trying to warranty or service it. if you are looking for a nice piece of $1,000 dollar "wall candy" for your kitchen, that you may occasionally use…this is your stove. if you want- say all of your burners to work or to get customer service that will work to help solve your problems, buy a different stove.

Purchased on web, unseen, untouched. I was hesitant to choose electric because of my last one (purchased 20:years ago. Gas last 11 years). I am amazed at the many advances in technology. This is a great range (so far). I prepared supper in 15 min, compared to 30 min on gas. Am looking forward to many more pleasant experiences. Cleans up with a

We are exclusively a Samsung family. All of our appliances as well as televisions and sound bars are all Samsung and we have never had a problem with them. I only wish that the manufacturers warranty was longer than one year, but that is kind of standard throughout the industry now, which is unfortunate.

I bought this to replace a gas range, and I am happy I did! I have nothing bad to say about it - it is pretty, easy to clean, and most importantly it cooks/bakes well. My bread turns out perfectly - and I love the proof setting. The burners are surprisingly responsive for an electric cooktop - a big pasta pot boils water quickly. The fingerprint-proof finish is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this range - it is a beauty.

I love the ceramic top and the hidden oven elements. Makes cleaning so easy. I do not like the plastic burner knob. The break too easy. I don't like the location of the knobs or digital oven screen. Too easy to brush against them and cause a cooking problem.

I've had this range for a couple of months now, love the smart features! This range will let you know vis your phone, when the top burners are in use, when the oven has finished preheating, or any changes in temperature, timers count downs and more. It's also very sleek in appearance, and the stainless steel, compliments my kitchen well. It's also very easy to keep the glass top clean. I highly recommend this range, because its gets the job done, and it's highly functional.

I love the overall experience of the range. In my own opinion I don't like quality of the glass top.
The designs on the glass comes off when cleaning top and if food waste on it, it's hard to clean the spillage off without leaving markings.

been using my brand new oven for 5 weeks. the reason i like the oven is that the range burners get hot extremely fast, making for really fast water boiling and pre-heating of pans.
what i dislike are the "smart" features, especially the samsung smart things app. i can send a temperature to the oven from my phone - sounds nice right? but then i have to press a button on the oven physically to activate the temperature, so that defeats the whole purpose of "sending" the temp to the oven from another room. it's a silly design feature that i blame samsung for.
otherwise, so far so good with this oven. heats up fast and i love the look of it.

my stove knobs are made cheap. i haven't had this less than a year and all four have broke.. can't understand why except they are made with plastic. my last model i had for 6 years and didn't experience that. the samsung warranty guy told me when he replaced the first set that they will only replace once. well the other side has broken. samsung do better with parts

I have been using this Samsung electric range and it definitely cooks faster than gas ranges. I like the wifi function that helps me check if the range is off/on and I can preheat the oven with my phone! I found myself using the wifi function more than I thought!
I am satisfied with the purchase so far!

I filled out a form online about what was broken on my oven. The bake setting would not turn off. Within five minutes I received an appointment and two days later servicemen came out to the house and replace the motherboard. No cost to me. The oven is less than a year old.

everything you are reading here about this product is true. the controls randomly don't work. the oven doesn't heat up properly. i have called several times to the customer hotline and they have tried to help. i even had a repairman come to see if they could fix it. nothing has worked.
i have never written a review of a product before but am so unhappy with this product that i wanted others to know. don't waste your money on this oven! you will be sorry.

I bought this about two months ago and so happy with it. I've used the oven and the food cooked well through it. So far I haven't had any issues with it. The first day I got it food dropped on the stove and it stain the top though after a couple of days I was able to remove the stain.

Options. Different having knobs in front- have to remember to not lean against, also not good for little kids around, but I like it myself. Sometimes have to press touchscreen a couple times to adjust temps but otherwise easy to use. Oven works well so far. One thing to note: although bigger inside space, the racks angle up in the back.

I bought my Samsung Electric range 2 months ago and had a repair man come to replace one knob. The plastic inside that has the post broke. I never tried to remove to clean because it didn't seem like it came off. I use the front right the most. Things are just not made like years ago.

like others have said in the time i have had this oven less than a year i have had to reset the breaker over 100 times because of glitches and the screen freezing and now the main double burner comes on and gets insanly hott and is uncontrollable from the knob this i a 1000 dollar oven my cheap old one was better

Two weeks after using my new stove, from boiling water no less, the glass surface developed spots that cannot be removed. the company calls it "physical damage" and will not cover the repair. damage should not even occur two weeks into having it. I didn't know when I bought the range I could only look at it and not actually use it.
