i was so happy to get this stove. very nice looking looked great. we have been so careful using it and cleaning it. but the burners are stained and scratched, we only use a soft towel and liquid soap to clean. it just looks so ugly.

Pros: Its better than what I had. Knobs come off for easy cleaning.
Cons: The internet setup is difficult. Seriously needs a built-in meat thermometer, that would give reason to having an internet setup to communicate with your phone or at least a jack that you could purchase a probe to use. Not sure if I like the control panel in the front. Not sure I understand the purpose of being able to turn on/off your oven remotely.

We purchased this as part of the full kitchen set last year. Overall it's been great. Every once in a while, all of the touchscreen buttons stop working and the oven has to be manually reset (unplugged and plugged back in). This has happened three times in the year and is a known issue. Other than that, works as expected and handles even our biggest meals with ease.

The range looks nice and is easy to clean. My only complaint is I wish it offered more smart features. Currently you can turn the oven on and off from the app, and see if burners are on, but that's it. I wish maybe you could stand see timers And also control the settings.

The stove works perfectly, the only thing is one of the knob broke when I tried to turn it on and I haven't be able to replace it yet. The costumer service don't responded my messages so I don't know where I can buy another knob. Bad costumer service. I love the fact that I can turn off the stove from my phone.

I like the look of this range. Thought that it would have some great features to accompany my Family Hub Refrigerator. But unfortunately once I got home I wasn't all to amazed. You can send a temperature and cook time to the oven but the cook time starts while oven is preheating. That makes no since. That's about all you can do with the "smart' features. The time doesn't event stay correct with the wifi connection. As others have sent the knobs are touch sensitive so be careful not to accidentally turn on the range top.

the stove looks nice but is not worth the price. but i do like some of the features. i have had this appliance for 4 months now and thank god for the warranty!! samsung tech has come out to fix the knobs on the stove 2x and my 2 small burners and still waiting on one of my burners to get repaired. i'm so disappointed.

we have the black stainless steel range. very beautiful and it really is stain resistant. heats up fast and cooks very evenly. fits perfecr with our countertops so it seemlessly flow with them. the non existant backing shows off our backsplash. would highly recommend. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own".

Bought this in Sept 2020. Once it arrived, I loved the look of it in my kitchen. Love the oven.
One thing I do not like is the control panel on the front. It is so sensitive just brushing up against it with the hem of your shirt activates a button. To clean it you have to lock the screen. If too many buttons accidentally get pushed you have to reset the breaker to reset the stove.
If I had known this I would have picked another model. However I do love the slide in range style.

purchased my range in november but arrived damaged. samsung was great in getting a new one; it was worth it because the finish of this one was prettier than the original. i had the issue where the control panel froze. i downloaded the firmware and thought it was working but i had the freezing issue. trick to resolving - power cycle. after power cycling i have not had the control panel to freeze again. stovetop control cooks fast and efficiently and so does the oven. i love that i can control my oven from my smartthings app or through alexa. overall this is a great machine. only suggestion i have is that it would be great to have a reset button or a power button on the range as it is wifi and it is a pain that in order to power cycle you have to pull the range out and unplug it.

the range works ok, the panel stopped working after 2 months however customer service help solved the issue.
no matter how i clean, the class cooktop always have residues along the heating rings and not easy to clean at all.

we received this range on the 28 of december and have been using it for almost 3 weeks. everything works perfectly. we love having the wifi feature to be able to use the smart things app with it. i especially like how it tells the oven's current internal temperature as it is preheating and while it is in use.

perfect match for my samsung black stainless steel refrigerator. cooks evenly and preheats really fast. the touch screen is very touch sensitive, maybe a little too much. wish the burner once its on could be seen more clearly like others have stated. so far so good but i've only had it a week. haven't used the app yet so can't comment on that feature.

i want it arranged i didn't have a back. and this one is beautiful and black stainless. i only have two issues one the controls are very sensitive if you've touched them or swipe them by accident it turns the burners on and second i'm having difficulty registering my products

i went 2+ years without a functional oven and decided to bite the bullet and buy a samsung, absolutely... worth... it!!! the oven is blazing fast compared to my previous one, and the thing looks huge compared to my old one. my only gripe is there needs to be better documentation on serial number location, everything online said the wrong spot, it is actually on the left underside of the control panel, you can see it when you open the door and are on your knees. in my opinion i should be able to see it in the app. overall the best range i have owned and cannot wait to see how long it lasts me.

so far we are enjoying our range. i am not used to an electric stove but the transition is smooth. i like the medium and large options. also the warming section. so far the oven is excellent. i like that the fan comes on automatically. i'm looking forward to controlling it with my phone and voice! the only downside is that i have stains from the pots and after using the cleaner for this type of stove, i can still see the marks.

i purchased this range from my local home depot on september 7, 2020 and have used the range for several weeks.
control knobs for the top cooking elements feel cheap and flimsy.
printing on the control panel is faint and difficult to read unless the ambient light is very strong.
the "black stainless steel" finish may resist fingerprints well, but it shows grease spatters like crazy.
the "beep" functions of the timer and preheat is so faint as to be almost nonexistent
there is a soft rubber strip on the front of the top cooking surface. that strip catches and holds dirt.
the broiler in the oven has some serious hot spots.
fan for the unit (not convection fan) is very loud
there were parts missing from the installation package
i am so sorry that i purchased this.

there are two problems with the touch screen penal.
1) it is too sensitive to the touch and can turn on the oven unintentionally.
2) it stops working sometimes. you have to pull out the power plug to reset it.
