we got a refrigerator, microwave and stove in the tuscan stainless steel finish. we love the color, but we're glad we are empty nesters because the finish on the scratches very easily. i put a fridge magnet on my fridge and it left a scratch. the stove was delivered with a long, very noticeable scratch on the side (they replaced the front quickly). i chipped and cracked the glass stovetop corner by dropping a pyrex measuring cup on the corner. works fine. we have no regrets. everything works wonderfully. be prepared to take some care with these. i would give it a 5 if it didn't scratch so easily.

i recently purchased a samsung electric range model number ne58r9431st. i cannot get the range to come on. it keeps giving me a test error code. i'm told that it is in demo mode but i have no instructions on how to get it out of demo mode. i would love some assistance.

recently purchased stove in tuscan. love the color. noticed scratch on left upper corner of glass cooktop. after speaking to store where i purchased and them offering to order me a new one, a photo showed this was a "k". i spoke with samsung who knew nothing about this "k" on the cooktop.
wish someone could tell me if this a design that should been the cooktop or maybe a film i need to remove?
