Great stove..LP conversion

I bought this stove a week ago. Got it installed and converted to LP propane gas. So far I'm in love with this stove. Haven't cooked on a gas range in many years and with my new stove I realized how much better it is. Obviously propane gas burns much hotter than natural gas and therefore the reason I only gave my new cooktop 4 stars out of 5; the knobs sit at front of the stove thus get super hot when I've been cooking for about an hour or so. If I need to turn the knob to reduce heat I must use an oven mitt. I burned my hand pretty bad because of the overheated knobs which I assumed would not be an issue when i purchased; man i was wrong! I wish Samsung would have considered this possibility being the knobs are close to the front burners and because they do provide the LP conversion kit. I dont have much use for the wifi option since I live in a rural town and opted for no home wifi service. I love how easy it is to clean the burners once the VERY heavy burner crates have been removed. I do like the super heavy duty crates although they are heavier than expected but the right crate doesn't quite sit leveled with the center one as does the left crate which make it not as easy as 123 to slide pots around stove. The griddle that's included is a plus but again as the crates it is super heavy..not sure this will become an issue later since I plan on having this stove for many many years to come. I did purchase a 30inch stove and so size is respectfully reduced for all 5 burners but I do have many size pots and pans so it's not a deal breaker for me if I choose to use most burners at once. Definitely cannot use all 5 but an average of 3 burners is possible at once with smaller cookware. Again, I really love this stove and performance thus far.
