This is a wonderful microwave. It looks amazing and has a lot of space inside. However, the controls aren't very user-friendly. Even something as simple as resetting the clock requires going through a menu of options. The "quick reference" guide inside the door has really random stuff like "prawns". (How often are people heating prawns in the microwave?!?!) Other than the controls, this is an excellent appliance that works well and is a lovely addition for any kitchen.

When a power surge took out both my microwave and oven, I was hoping they could be repaired. Well, that didn't happen because they were too old. Samsung came through on both. They were delivered and installed together on time and professionally. The microwave is absolutely great. Lots of new features over my old one and a lot quieter. I really couldn't ask for more.

We have had this for about 3 months now and are very happy with the purchase. The style fits in so nicely with our Samsung kitchen, but beyond that....the features are amazing. Previous microwaves that I have had would not "sense" properly and lead to food that was either overdone or underdone and required some fidgeting to get it just right. This oven, however, gets it right and leads to a perfect heating of a dinner plate. Set it, walk away and the result is a perfectly warmed plate of food.

Microwave has been working great. Love the features of dinner, casserole, or pasta to reheat food. It has worked extremely well with defrosting meats and other items, especially breads (doesn't cook them like my old microwave). Still getting used to all the features. Fit perfectly above the range in the kitchen and having a vent and light built in was a major selling point.

I love my new microwave! It is very spacious and has many features. One feature I really use a lot is to soften butter. I can't believe that it truly just softens it and does not melt it. If you want it melted, that is another feature!

eight months in and the microwave has a mind of its own, the vent turns on by itself, the options buttons come on by themselves, the childlock is enabled on its own. for an 8 month old product, i would expect better than this!

would not recommend this microwave at all as the touch panel is pure garbage. half the time the buttons dont work! we end up just using add thirty second button to be able to microwave things. this has lasted for a few months and now the touch panel is pretty much non responsible. contacted samsung and was quoted more then just buying a new one to replace the touch panel. so with that i will just buy a new one but just not a samsung. honestly i do not recommend any samsung kitchen appliances as our refrigerator also has issues too.

I purchased this microwave to replace an existing Over the Range unit, and it was the right choice. Food gets warmed up evenly, the unit is easy to use, and the install was done with no effort by the company. The fit and finish is perfect when installed, and it works really well.
I just wish I knew how big 2.1 cu ft was! There is a TON of capacity inside and it fits every dish and microwave pot we have used.

For the most part Microwaves function the same..heat your faster than using a stove top. This microwave has extra features like sensor cooking, but we don't use it often since we're just used to cooking certain cold foods at a specific time. The one thing I can say is that this looks more expensive than what the actual cost is compared to other microwaves and it works just as well so to me it's an excellent value. No regrets with the purchase.

I purchased this microwave as a part of a suite fir my kitchen and it is amazing! Cooks convection and comes with a metal rack. The star of the microwave is the panel features.
