I cannot how big this dryer is. It holds a lot more clothes then my old Fisher & Patkel. Love it. Love my Samsungs!! Only thing I don't like is the door sticking out and not flat with the dryer. I can't close my doors on the laundry space. Only thing I don't like.

I bought this dryer when my last dryer quit on me. I personally like the design since the doors don't bulge like the older versions. It runs silently and dries clothes fast. It is also energy efficient and qualified for a rebate from my local utility!

i ordered my washer and dryer on december 26th. they told me it would be delivered on january 20th which i accepted. a on january 19th the said they needed to reschedule delivery for the 22nd. then on the 21st they said they would deliver it on the 27th. on the 26th i got a call saying they could not longer send me the washer and dryer that i already paid for! i then had to talk to three useless samsung representatives who did absolutely nothing for me. i finally talked to one nice lady who finally got my order through and got me a delivery date for february 11th. now today as i am waiting for my delivery to be dropped off at my house i get a call saying i need to schedule my delivery! if you do want to order one of their washers or dryers don't not order it from their website.

My old Maytag dryer started making noises and so I decide to replace it with a Samsung this time. The dryer works well, has a lot of nice features - especially wrinkle prevent - so that I don't have to empty the dryer immediately when it finishes the cycle. However, the sole problem I encountered and would critique was that the lint screen is tough to clean because it is hard to get your fingers in the location to remove the lint.

my dryer broke and samsung sent a company to repair it. the initial repair caused further damage to the dryer resulting in a need to replace the entire drum (and it damaged my bedding). almost a month so far without a dryer and the samsung customer service has failed at every step of the process. there is a limit on the amount of characters for the review so the short explanation is part has not arrived still, samsung customer service is just people answering the phones and filling in forms. employees have no access to information within the company, no ownership to fix a problem, apathy abounds. management is non-existent. save yourself the headache, there are better companies out there.
