Dryer broke after one year

the dryer broke two weeks after the warranty expired, when it started running continuously and did not produce heat. this a very common defect with this dryer.

After my 8 year old Samsung went belly up for the last time, I decided to buy another one to match the newer washer we got about a year ago. The old one squeaked almost consistently since it is in a wash room I decided the upcoming flaws would be better than why don't the match or now we have to buy another shelf to set it on.
More of a happy wife happy life type thing.
SO this time I got a 5 year warranty on it and will mark the time in my iPhone to buy another warranty on it.
That said it seems to have all the bells and whistles my wife wanted.
The one thing I am angry about is every time I had service done on the one, I told the service guy that it would be "NICE" to have a reverse during the dry cycle to unwind the blankets and comforters that just roll up while being dried. Most of the time they roll up and have other things inside that do not get dried.
Everyone of them said all the new ones do that now.. I Learned the HARD WAY that THEY do not.
Lowes was great about getting this one to me ASAP so I would recommend Samsung from their stores.
