Washer was a gift from my husband that was a reward for him working 25 + years at his job. I wanted the grandfather clock but I am so thankful he go the the washer/dryer.
I love the several options/features to select as to how I want the clothes washed. My favorite is the speed cycle. I am totally impressed with the large capacity of the tub. It allows to wash a large load. The performance is exactly what needed to ensure clothes are clean.
The notification ringtone is a plus as a reminder of clothes are done.

Bought the washer a top loader 2 years ago and have had zero issues. It cleans clothes as well as any washer we have ever had it is quiet can hold quite a bit has setting options for days and even looks nice. No complaints thus far.

I bought the product 2 years ago. The main reason for choosing a bigger tub is because I have 2 teenagers. The product worked okay for 2 years however just 2 weeks prior to my warranty getting expired the machine broke. The technician said there was a problem with the tub and the bearings had seized. Thankfully this repair will be covered in warranty however my worry is definitely on what happens next with this machine. I am upset that such a critical component broke so easily. Its been 3 weeks since the machine broke and living without a washing machine with 2 teenagers is definitely an experience I had never asked for.

I bought this washer in November 2019. I love it It really gets clothes clean and has great features. The only issue weve run into was the DL error code. Its happened a few times but Ive been able to get it to work. The last time though I had to call and get it repaired.

My husband bought the set for me 9 yrs ago and Ive had zero complaints. My LG washer and dryer both are the best Ive ever owned or used anywhere. Everything comes out of the wash impeccably clean. Some things are nearly dry due to the excellent spin cycles and its so much easier to keep clean compared to front load machine in a different brands that I previously owned. It only just recently required a repair some splines are worn down on the bottom of the agitator plate so it would not stay seated. I put in a work order through our home warranty service was contacted almost immediately from a certified LG repair company. They had me actually upload photos and a description of what was wrong via text. The technician arrived with the exact part needed and had it installed and was gone in less than 20 minutes My machine got a thorough DEEP cleaning while I waited and now its back working like brand new again

We have had it repaired multiple times over 5 years. The bolt on the agitator motor sheared off. Had the replace the entire motor. Replaced the water I put valve because it leaked when not running.
Amd over time time it simply smells of mold. Modern washers do not empty completely and build up mold.
This thing is five years old. Just dont build them like they used to.
