Ive had the washer for over a month and so far so good. I like that the machine knows the right water level for my loads instead of me having to set it. My only gripe is the wi-fi capability. There was an app update and in order to keep using the app you have to agree to let them spy on you from your purchases emails passwords... anything they want. No thank you Ill go it old school and listen for the signal to tell me when my laundry is done. I regret paying more for the wi-fi feature. I deleted the LG ThinQ app.

I have been using my new washer for about 6 weeks now and love it. Wasnt sure if I should get a top or front load washer but am very happy. It holds large loads and think it is better for my clothing without the agitator. Have had many LG appliances and they work great

Our machine began to show extensive rust at about 14 months of ownership. The warning label reminds you not to spill beach so we limited its usage and we were very careful not to spill it. However there are times when you need to disinfect with bleach. It is a normal part of doing laundry. Unfortunately LG denied covering the rust under warranty. The rust was not caused by spillage but instead from water vapor that rises during a hot water cycle. The rising vapor adheres to all the inside surfaces above the wash tub. If the hot water contains bleach the vaporized bleach goes everywhere and eventually causes rust. LG should warn customers not to use bleach at all. Otherwise this washing machine cleans clothes well but it tends to be noisy and use too much water during some cycles. Now after 18 months rust particles are starting to shake off into the wash.

Love the appearance of it. Our only complaint is that the display is difficult to read when an overhead light is on.
It seems to clean well so far and the settings are easy to step through. It is still not clear to me when Add Garments is actually available and how to use it. Also the manual is not very useful as to what the various Washer settings actually do i.e short on details.
The wash tub is very deep my wife has difficulty reaching the bottom of it.

I recently purchased an LG washing machine 9 months ago. I usually use it 5 times a month and not very large loads. Recently it made an a loud screeching noise and stopped working during the spin/rinse cycle. There was 6 five gallon buckets of water that I had to remove from the washer. It took weeks for a repairman to come. He diagnosed it as the drain pump which he stated is normal to go. I have a hard time believing this is normal since it isnt even a year old. I am waiting for the part to arrive. So glad it is under warranty and that I purchased an extended warranty. I hope this does not continue to be an issue.

I love all the features of my new washer and dryer I love the cute tunes they play when the load is done I think my clothes are cleaner and the dryer seems to dry quickly. I really like the looks of them and they take up less room in my laundry room than my other washer and dryer did.

Bought washer on Feb 14. It worked for three months then broke down. I have spent 5 months trying to get LG to repair or refund my money. It has been 5 months of the run around and stall tactics. I ordered this from Sams club and it took quite a while to get in. When they delivered it they were very professional and even took my old washing machine away. I hooked up my washing machine according to the instructions and after running a cycle the error code came up LE. After trying all the trouble shooting issues I still couldnt get it to work. I called LG and after talking to them for a while they transferred me to Sams Club since I bought it from them and after hour and a half I was back on the line with LG. They set up our in-home maintenance person to come out and look take a look at it. I thought I would try one more thing as we have a washing machine downstairs and this one was upstairs I decided to try it downstairs. Well it works perfectly fine downstairs and the only thing I can think of is the water pressure was better downstairs which doesnt make much sense because the upstairs one is on direct line from the water supply. After that the washing machine has worked just fine we really like it also being notified on the phone that your washing machine is done is really nice. I would buy this washing machine again

I had to replace a not so old GE washing machine and wanted to be sure to get one that would work well and have a longer lifespan. No one likes to buy under pressure but with the pandemic and manufacturing and shipping delays I was afraid I might be without an operable washer for an indefinite period of time. So I did my research and walked into Lowes Home Improvement and purchased this one in less than an hour. I am happy to say I am very pleased with my new machine and appreciate all of its features.

I purchased this washer July 2021. My previous washer didnt last for for the 10 year purchase plan. LG is a good product. I love the tiny agitator clothes do not get stuck under this one. Normal wash is shorter and cleaner. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I like the features on this machine and how simple it is to use. I do wish the delicate cycle was more delicate or there was at least a hand wash cycle. I just feel like it spins to fast for delicate. You can opt for no spin however.

The washer can handle a large amount of clothes and looks very stylish in the laundry room. The wifi is nice because not only do I get an alert when the clothes are done if Im out I can set a spin cycle so the clothes do not get that mildew smell.

We have had this washer for a few weeks now and love it. We replaced an older LG front load washer with this top loader. We had tried another brand first but took it right back and exchanged it for this LG one. The brand quality appears to be unmatched. The machine is sturdy and the hose is high quality as well. I love the large size and how clean my clothes get. I also love how i do not have to crouch down to get all the clothes out of the washer which is important for people like myself with back issues. Would highly recommend.

My old washer broke and we went to Lowes and sales associate Steve recommend the LG washer he sang it praises and boy was he right I love love my machine . To start it is a beautiful looking machine I am very partial to a top loader and your machine is great it is nice that you can see the clothes being washed . It does a fantastic job at washing the clothes and when the clothes are washed it sings a little tune to you so it is like you have a little friend telling you your clothes are washed . It has great features and it is very easy to use even a child can do their laundry . You can also do very big loads that also safe a lot of time . I have been telling my neighbors about your great machine and guess what now many of us on our street have your wonderful machine actually that is the best praise we can give it and we all live you machine . In this very busy world it is so wonderful to find a washing machine that works so wonderfully for us all . I actually now like doing laundry ha ha .
