Terrible warranty repair services

I would give a 0 if I could. LG has a terrible warranty procedure. They source warranty repair to a 3rd party called Frontier and are notorious for terrible customer service. Working with companies like Frontier is a reflection on LG and should look into the poor professionalism that comes out of this company.

I purchased an LG wall oven this last November for a kitchen remodel. I LOVE this oven. It is easy to operated and the cooking time and temps have been very accurate. I love the features that I ha e used so far. I am getting use to the air fry so need to adjust how and how long to cook foods with that yet but love the convenience and room for foods with this feature. It has made baking cookies so much faster and easier.

I have had this oven for a little over a month now. I love it I havent used the convection yet but have used the bake and air fry. Only thing I wish it had was a backlight on the control panel but I can live without it.

I am new at convection cooking/baking but am enjoying the advantages of convection in my new LG Wall Oven #WSEP4723. I also particularly like the blue interior which has inspired oven envy in my family and friends However I did not receive a vent cover Part No. MCR68431103 with my oven and am unable to complete the installation trim surrounding the oven without it. I am told that the part is in short supply but am hoping that LG can find one for me soon or give me information regarding availability since my oven will be on display when I host Thanksgiving.
