Purchased nearly 1 month ago delivered 1 week later fine. 1st unit inop error code from 1st power on. Week later service call finally came out confirmed new unit ordered. Order dropped for over a week 1/2 called and got back on schedule. Now at the end of the month new service delivery scheduled but cancelled due to item arrived damaged. Back into the queue again...

Exactly what I needed And yes this was a need and not a want... Typically I have a handful of whites and a full load of everything else. The LG Sidekick allows me to run both loads at the same time - this is a game changer. No longer saving up whites to do a load LOL. Very pleased with my purchase.

The miniwasher came broken installation team opened the box and found the inside washing chamber was detached from the frame. I contacted LG via email/online chat/phone calls the most ridiculous phone took me 1hr and transferred me 6 times the last transfer got me back to the starting voice menu? Finally got some repair scheduled and nobody came No phone call just one message from a specialist that he/she is afraid warranty would not cover This is pathetic they just sell and get your money then never want to hear you back.

I absolutely love my Sidekick Pedestal Washer. I wash smaller loads in it and they always come out clean and well rinsed. I use less detergent as it only requires a tablespoon of detergent I use he liquid detergent for it and he pods for the full size washer above.
