We purchased this item for our new house and cant be happier. The addition is a life changer as the machine is efficient convenient and does a fantastic job. Working with textiles I spent quite a bit of time with handwashing and this machine as provided me with additional free time for other pursuits. It has done a fantastic job with delicate textiles and small general loads. I cant help but wonder how I got along without it.

Wow I was second guessing how that pedestal washer would work but wow I was wrong easy to install nothing complicated . It does wash just a little like it would wash 1/4 of a large washer but thats ok. We love that little machine and even can use both washer at the same time .

To my surprise this washer does a great job cleaning clothes. It is perfect for a few items especially dress shirts that I do not wear a lot I can quickly wash them and they come out great. Also great for car towels dont have to run a big washer every time I wash the car.

Its a must have as its time saving and efficient I can run this mini washer while the main washer is running. I no longer have to wait til I have enough dirty laundry to run a new cycle-- it handles small loads perfectly. You can control or get reminders from the app on the phone which is very convenient. Its small but mighty. Get it-- you wont regret it.

I love having the sidekick. The large washer is great also but for small loads and hand washing nothing beats the sidekick. Its turned into the one appliance I never knew I needed but dont want to live without.

Its been 4 months that i bought it . And it has never worked first one came broken out the box second one the motor didnt work out the box and this third one has been sitting in my house waiting for LG to send someone to install it.
The presidential liaison has not responded to any of my text or emails and havent responded to my calls horrible experience

Had this about 45 days and am glad we bought this versus a simple pedestal. This is useful for delicate hand-wash items. Small loads. Golf shirts or any clothing you want to treat with care. Super quiet and can be run with the washer simultaneously.

I do a little happy dance every time I find an excuse to use my sidekick pedestal washer.I love the hand wash function especially since its a smaller tub and I can run a normal load in the regular washer at the same time. I also love using it for delicates. And having kids means theres always cloths with stains about to set in and its great to have the option to do a small load quickly
