We purchased one of these in its 110 volt form via Best Buy about 6 monts ago. This machine does funtion a advertised but I wish it was a bit more robust. Our local store here in Centrial Maine isnt very big so they did not have one on display for us to touch and fell before hand so we bought one just on faith that it would be a worthwhile purchase. After months of average usage a few things emerge as points of concern. First the controls and key pad are not lighed so unless you have a bright light on you cannot see what or where to press a button. This is a constant annoyance and gets old verey quickly. It make a chore of trying to warm a cup of coffee for instance. Next thes hepatic buttons are not as responsive as one could hope causing one to press repeatedly with mixed results. Ive tried any number of degrees of touching with on change. Its just a pain sometime while other times no problem at all. This becomes an issue when poking at a button in the dark see above you have to wonder if you are pressing in the right place etc. Lastly the digital clock is big and bright and very useful except when it isnt. It has no back up battery so when the power goes out you have to reset it every time. Here in Central Maine that happens a lot. These issues are a shame for this seemingly premium product and a decidedly premium price. This is otherwise a nice product so be sure to find a store where you can touch and feel the thing before buying or take this caution to heart. We now have to live with these issues for several years.

I had this microwave installed the week before Christmas 2023 and the control panel has stopped working already less than 10 weeks. Before this happened I loved the features and it worked well. Im disappointed with the quality of their manufacturer.

Purchased a $1700 dollar appliance in September of 2023. Arrival date was pushed back to January. The unit arrived with no external damage but once installed the inside was discovered to be cracked. LG continues to provide vague direction and basically unwilling to ship a new unit. This was a manufacturing issue that should have been resolved with a replacement unit. Lowes has been empathic and helpful in attempting to resolve this situation but kicking it back to LG given it was a manufacturing defect

I bought month ago. I think this product needs some improvements.
1. not fit to the cabinet because of a gap between the control panel and the cabinet.
2. lack of air fryer functionality.
3. the control panel looks like 90s design
4. personally I dont like the door handle design

Have owned them 7 months. The microwave doesnt cook consistently. Needs a new board in the control panel. The oven wont keep temp. It takes an hour to make brownies. They are ordering new parts for it. The repair men have been very nice.

Added an over the range hood and replaced the microwave with an LG 1.7 CU. FT. SMART WI-FI ENABLED BUILT-IN SPEED OVEN MICROWAVE. Bakes as well as microwaves fast and efficiently. Many have commented on its looks. But these looks have brains. Two thumbs up--way up on the LG Speed Oven and Microwave.
