This microwave came without a mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is in the instructions but did not come in the box I received. I reached out to the customer care representative and they said I would have one from 7-10 days. Upon asking for tracking through the chat bot I was told that no claim had been made. I gave them the case# myself and after 7 days they told me the claim was still pending. So not only have I removed everything from the previous exhaust hood now I cannot install this for over a week because of their missing parts.... Customer care has been nothing but a pain. They ended the chat while I was responding to answer them saying I was unresponsive.

I purchased this items few months ago and we are very happy with the unit. The one issue we have is that the light over our stove is now very dim. My previous hood provided exceptional light for my cooking space but even on high the light is very dim. LG should consider using a brighter bulb.

Really like this microwave. Was skeptical after our first failed to work after 1 day and had to be replaced Took some getting used some of the self start sensor settings . Was highly skeptical about the sensor cooking but my opinion has made a complete 180. Love that I can see my stove underneath. Like the powerful exhaust. Easy to clean and operate.

I purchased the microwave 3 weeks ago. While the features of the microwave work well we are currently waiting for a replacement. The heat generated by the light installed under the microwave is excessive. The inside bottom of the microwave is so hot when the light is on that it will burn your fingers.

Ive only had this microwave a few weeks but I like it. Love that it has no handle to break off. Love the express one minute button. Getting used to pressing cook time before entering time I need something heated. The dinner plate reheat works nice but as soon as the chime comes on the food is hot enough for me and I remove it. Theres usually a few minutes left on the clock. The microwave also looks great above the LG stove I bought last year. Ill update after Ive had it longer and try more features.

Just a horrible way to do business.. We havent had use of a microwave most of this year.. its been scheduled for service waiting for parts 3 times over this year.. This third time I asked for a replacement.. but was denied.. I didnt want to be without a microwave.. worried about safety issues with this microwave not turning off.. PLUS ISSUES with the electrical panel.. I went out bought a different brand of microwave.. I just remodeled my kitchen bought all new LG appliances.. At this point Im really WORRIED ABOUT THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED

This microwave is very different from our previous one. It has been a real joy to use. Very simple to operate and it has more power. The notification music is very different from just the beeping we were used to with our old unit. We have become familiar with the tunes and are pleased with how it notifies us. Overall we are extremely happy with this microwave

I bought my LG Microwave about a month ago and I love it. It looks expensive but was reasonably priced. I love all of the features too. I love the way you open the door...you pull it open from the side. Very different than most microwaves. Its easy to use and comes with easy instructions too. When I have company over the first thing they notice is my microwave. Everybody loves it. I love LG products and have plans to get a LG stove soon.

BUYER BEWARE.. Many Safety issues with this microwave I purchased less than a year ago. It was repaired SEVERAL TIMES with waiting weeks for parts and missing work to have this serviced and the safety issues have not been fixed. I asked for a replacement but LG would not replace this microwave that WONT TURN OFF.. I bought a different brand and just had it installed.. and then appliance did box this microwave up so I could keep it to give to a consumer group to investigate the safety issues. Im asking for an investigation why when theres a safety issue LG hasnt responded replaced this unit

Horrible experience Ive had with this LG Microwave. It started having safety issues a few months after our purchase. We have had 3 different electrical boards and we had the 4th part on back order. So LG WOULD NOT REPLACE the MICROWAVE. It isnt even a year old. Each repair took weeks for the parts to come in and the repair service to come back out.. so 2/3 of the ownership time I was without a microwave. after missing work having to deal with all this I went out and bought a different brand of microwave. I had the appliance store box up this LG and Im hopping a Consumer group will take this and research it for all the safety issues.. It turns on and wont turn off .

Bought a complete LG household appliance package from Lowes and we have 2 disappointing things about this microwave. Number 1 disappointment is the operation control on the front of the microwave has no lights. So you have to either turn on the lights in the room or use the app. Who in the world wants to do either when youre stopping a movie to pop popcorn or make anything else when you want the lights low. 2. This microwave is significantly louder than my previous microwave. Both just cooking and the exhaust fan is extremely loud too.

Purchased in May of 2023. Installed late June due to scheduling delays install contractor was good. Not in use most of July due to being out of town. Worked great for August then failed in September for unknown reason. At this time we have been without the ability to use for 2 weeks. Parts shipped out to house but repair technician did not show on scheduled repair date. Now waiting for week 3 without ability to use - will see once repair is done.

For the price of this microwave I would have expected it to be better quality. Not even a year after having it it broke. LG sent out a technician to repair it but the part that was broken was not covered under warranty.

I recently purchased the LG Over the Range Microwave. Ive owned LG appliances for the past 10 to 15 years including a Refrigerator Stove Washer and Dryer. What a Great Addition to our Kitchen. It was a little work venting through through Brick but certainly worth it. The 400 CFM fan clears out smoke and heat from the stovetop or oven when used.
I will certainly recommend this Microwave to all friends and Family as I have done with the other LG appliances I own.
Thanks LG for designing appliances that look great out perform competitors and last.

We bought this microwave in July 23 the keypad stopped working in late August. Today is Sept 11th and a technician is supposed to be out tomorrow to fix it. This is after scheduling a weekend repair and it being cancelled. Now I have to hope Im home when they show up on a work day. But the fact it quit working after one month is not a good look for LG.

The unit is only ok. The venting does not work as well as many vents do. Despite the 4 settings and ours is vented to outside its weak... and loud. Our interior light disappeared into the cavity of the inside top when cleaning. We are waiting for technician to return with part? He seemed baffled about the light existing and how to fix.

We replaced our broken one and this one is quieter and slightly bigger inside. My wife loves it and the only issue i had is when making popcorn. I use to use a glass popcorn container but for some reason when hitting the button for popcorn it does not pop most of the kernels. So I tried a paper bag and that works perfectly. No other issues with it.
