This is a beautiful over priced convection oven/Microwave lol. Seriously it is very nice and I would give it 5 stars if not for the ThinQ app that not only has security vulnerabilities but also needs way to many permissions even if it wasnt a known security risk that has already been hacked. Why do I need to give them permission to keep tabs on all my devices on my wifi? Why do I need to give them permission to my phone calls texts contacts camera browsers apps and everything else so I can be connected to my microwave? Yes I think not lol. Luckily I not only looked at the permission reason for permission but also did research on the app itself. Either way I really dont need to be connected to my appliances lol. The convection oven will come in handy for the holidays making casseroles and such which is the main reason I purchased it plus my old over the range was getting old.

Returned it due to the door design that requires clearance on both sides to open and for fingers to operate the latch. If the door had a normal style clearance and the hand latch was below id keep it Great features terrible and sloppy ergonomic design.

Bought this New LG Microwave stopped working during its 1st use. After a month of repeated calls to LG customer service finally got an approved LG service repairman to look at it. Per the repairman unit was Dead not repairable. Per LG the Engineering department must review it. Now just waiting weve been without our Microwave for 2 months. Horrible Service from LG wont ever buy another LG appliance.

We updated our kitchen and replaced all of the appliances. This microwave fits in the same space as the old one but has more interior room. It has many features. So many in fact I will probably never use some of them The only thing I wish it had is a lighted front panel so you can see the buttons without turning on the lights in the kitchen.

i bought this microwave my favorite part is the convection oven it works great the microwave takes alittle longer to cook than the one i replaced since this microwave is only 950 power the air fryer takes longer than the one i have on my counter and you can only use the options they have preset for the air fryer which is a bad feature since somethings are not listed and may need to have a diffent degree or time and you are not able to set your own options . Lg should of atleast made the microwave 1000 power and should of made it where you can set your own settings for the air fryer also this is not finger print proof like stated but over all i am happy with this product just wish they would of made it more powerful for the microwave and more user friendly for the air fryer

The microwave is awesome. But one thing that does not make sense - Air Fry. I cant adjust the minutes because it is fixed. For instance I chose Buffalo Wings / 2 serving and it sets for 25 minutes. When done it was still cold and I wanted to continue Air Fry but no way to reduce time like 10 minutes. So next time I have to add 30 seconds several times to continue using Air Fry. Also when will I get more options in the more modes?
