I bought this model because my old a/c started to break down after about 20 years. It cools the hot room quickly and quietly. My old unit was12000 but. This 10000 was just as good. I recommend this unit to everyone

I putchased this model last summer $416.20 with tax third LG appliance. Quit cooling 58 days out of warranty because of a refrigerant leak or failing compressor. Cost prohibitive to repair due to parts cost. ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM LG. Think twice before purchasing anything made by LG especially an air conditioner or refrigerator.

Purchased this very nice new LG Air Conditioner a month ago and we are very pleased with it We run two Window Units summertime in NJ and its been so terribly hot and humid this season. The LG we purchased 5 years ago is still working superbly well - but the other different manufacturer model wed bought only a few years ago had completely failed twice on us. First one was replaced under warranty a year ago and recently broke-down again. This time we decided to Go with LG similar to our other well working model. So we are now running two LGs in the house

Bought this a month or 2 ago and had it installed. Its noisier than I expected and it doesnt keep the room cool. We set it on 74 degrees but the room is always 77 degrees or hotter even at night. And if thats not bad enough my electrical bill sky rocketed. Im currently trying to return this piece of work.
Im generally very happy with my LG appliances so this is an even greater disappointment.

This ac does not vent to the left like my last ac did to hit my bedroom which I cannot have ac in due to circuit breaker issues and yeah we can fix that but our last non LG was much better than this thing I have it set at 69 most of the time and it barely cools it off on hot days....really I would not recommend.

I bought this a few weeks agoand it does a nice job cooling of three rooms. my only problem was that upon installation the panels did not quite reach the the side window frames. Talked with a customer service person and explained my problem. the person indicated that they would send me a window kit?. Have not received it as of 8/2/2023

The LG 10000 BTU AC unit I purchased about a month ago has been running great. Really cools off the room quickly. I am so happy Im able to set the temp from my smartphone and dont have to worry about the AC running when it doesnt need to as it automatically shuts down once it gets to the set temperature. Great feature really nice. unit. Looks nice too

Avid hadnt many warm days yet this year. So I really havent had much of a chance to use it.But I can tell you that it was easy to Install with help of course. Very Heavy and Awkward for just one Person. I did Test it and its very Quiet. And its Wonderful to have a remote.
