Horrible Customer Service

I bought this air conditioner and it doesnt work. I have been in conversation with Customer Service for almost two months now. I have requested repair or replacement as I am under warranty with LG. I have called repeatedly get a variety of answers and am still waiting for the AC to be repaired. LG does not contact me I have to call them. When they did send out a technician to repair the AC he told me he couldnt work on my unit as it was still in the window. No one told me I had to have the unit out of the window. He assured me that I would go to the top of the list for a repair. Two weeks later I am still waiting for LG to contact me with an appointment. The technicians final word to me was at least its not 90 degrees. Of course last week it was 90 degrees. But his comment was inappropriate and unhelpful. LG clearly does not stand behind its products and I can assure you that I will never buy an LG product again. This has been a disappointing stressful experience. LGs customer service is a misnomer.

Poor design of front panel

Ran ok until the front panel hung from the cable. Now the unit works intermittently. It will be ok when I push or pull on the cable that goes from the removable front panel to the power unit. Reseating does no good. It will go ok then stop after a while then touch the cable and it runs.
