This refrigerator did not last years. Stopped cooling would only go down to 50 degrees. It is stilll under warranty that is a joke. I called in and set up a claim. I was told I would be contacted 24-48 hours called back 1 week later they couldnt find a repair technician. its been 4 weeks no repair techician and no call back. I call twice a week and get told you will be contacted in 24-48 hours. I will never buy an LG product again.

Got this fridge in Dec 2021 and apparently my parts arent even coved on the extended warranty. My defrost sensor is bad and evaporator fan motor needs replaced and isnt covered under warranty. I shouldnt have to pay $350 to fix it.

No issues with the fridge until two years end. Im currently dealing with a warranty repair. The assigned repair facility has not gotten in contact with me or return my message after two weeks. LG has prompted the warranty repair but I have seen no progress on getting it accomplished

The LG refrigerator Model: LTCS20020B was delivered on Saturday May 18 2024 afternoon and has not yet been in my kitchen for a week. So far it has been working but since some reviewers mentioned that their refrigerators became problematic soon AFTER delivery I thought Id wait before writing a review in case I also have to contact Costco and LG on account of any problems that may crop up hopefully there wont be any problems.
I notice the door swings open very wide to 180 degrres. I wonder if theres a way the door opening can be adjusted to open only to a 90 degree angle ? The delivery men were in a great hurry to leave and I was not able to ask them this question as I observed this only after they had left within about `10 minutes of their
arrival altogether i.e. bringing the refrigerator into my dwelling and leaving very shortly thereafter. I earnestly hope the refrigerator will function efficiently and look forward to having a refrigerator that provides good and problem-free service. I could write a proper review a month after Ive had the refrigerator. At present Ive hardly had it for a week.

Purchased in sept 2023 two months later top shelf cracks lg sent new shelf wrong fridge I sent pics of shelf in fridge along with model badge they sent another shelf wrong fridge we escalated up the the latter they sent another shelf wrong fridge then decided we will send the correct one they sent the crisper for the bottom of the fridge so Im still waiting to see what happens next meanwhile can use top shelf

Horrible product. At 1 year the freezer fan burnt out. Called numerous repairmen and Noone wants to touch LG. They said its the worst refrigerator out there.
Customer service was no help. The unit only 1 month out of warranty and no help from them.
Eventually found a repair place charging 200.00 to come to the house. Plus parts.
Now its freezing the ice cream into a solid block.
Class action lawsuit going on because of all the compressors going bad.
The end result of this is Ill have to go and buy ANOTHER refrigerator. This thing is JUNK.

I brought my refrigerator 3 months ago. It stopped getting cold after 2 months. It took 5 weeks to get repaired. Not in their policies to reimburse for loss food or medication which I am a diabetic. Customer service and virtual assistant gave me the run around. Send complaint letter and only what to be resolution was if my refrigerator breaks again they would replace. I will never purchase another LG product ever again.
