I spent $400 to replace the control panel that malfunctioned within one year. If you are having the same problem thats the only solution. A local repair business fixed mine after I got fed up with useless LG support who would only give me one weekday time slot for an appointment. The repair person also fixed the buttons so that they are much less finicky and easier to press than the original control panel. I dont know exactly what the repair person did but it involved soldering.
Given the sheer number of complaints about this one issue I dont know how LG has avoided a class action lawsuit. They clearly sold a bunch of defective appliances.
Also the griddle is ridiculous. I dont know what the material is but it is not cast iron. I only use it as a surface for rivet setting. Thats about the only thing its good for not for cooking.

Purchased Nov 13th. Item working as expected. When I went to clean cook top the area under burner is not proberply painted. It seems the enamel was smeared. It is wrinkly They put burners on before paint was dry Very disappointing . To purchase a new item and see it is not finished properly.

This stove has really disappointed. After I had it for two years the oven stopped working right. I need to turn the oven all the way to the max 545 for it to cook something at 350. I have contacted LG. The names of the people they gave me to contact for help didnt have a clue what is wrong with it. I have used it like this for almost two years now and I am thinking of just buying a new one. Never an LG.

First LG sent two hispanic gentlemen to deliver my gas range neither one spoke english. Second they tried to leave before changing it over from natural gas to LP. Third they left without the oven working. Now Ive been waiting to find out if and when they can get a technician out to me.

We had bought this range after we had bought our new house and after two months started experiencing issues with the burners. The igniter on one burner would continue to click even after putting the knob to off. Only way to get it to stop is to unplug the whole unit. After calling tech support no further action was taken on their end. No service tech was sent. Even after submitting an online request and talking to tech support.

When I need to use the oven I cant see what the temp. Is set too. Please buy something else. Please save your time and money buy something else. Oh even my dishwasher is not working. I am guessing water pump is broken.

Worked just great for a couple years. Now the LCD Display is completely out of whack and unreadable. I have practically new oven that is unusable. Despite this apparently being an incredibly widespread problem quick google search LG Support does NOTHING. My interactions with some of the support agents were sometimes shocking in how rude they were. Even the Presidential Liason team didnt follow up as promised and closed the case without even giving me a second to hear the situation. We have a kitchen full of LG products and wanted to love and support this company. Im afraid after this experience we are completely done. Id rather pay more for any other company out there if they cant stand by their products and fix well known defects. They are still selling this machine knowing itll break down right after the 1 year warranty is up Shameful and sad.

If you buy this range be prepared to spend another couple of hundred dollars on repairs within a short time typically after the 1 year warranty runs out. This is clearly a manufacturing problem given the sheer number of complaints about the same issue. LG failed on this one. I regret buying this range.

The oven is a little over 2 years old and the digital clock is malfunctioning. Speaking with the service reps its going to cost us hundreds of dollars for a tech to come out and then even more money to repair. Its clearly a hardware issue with the product and I should not be spending over $500 to fix a stove that cost me $1000 only 2 years after purchasing it. Terrible. Do not buy LG as they do not stand behind their products.

The range is fine.HOWEVER- The digital display isnt working properly and it flickers making the time and temperature setting a guessing game. The microwave is doing the same thing and its not an electrical issue its a product issue electrician in to test wires and install both.
I have tried to get a hold of someone in cooperate to repair it with no telephone call back and no email back from
several attempts. I also tried to go through the LG website to find a repair person and it came up no repair person in your area. So now I have a range with a digital display the doesnt work. Not happy considering we spent a crap load of money purchasing a range high end refrigerator over range microwave and dishwasher all together for our remodeled kitchen.

The worst customer experience in my entire life - my oven broke in year 2 after 1 year warranty ran.
I called customer service they charged $400 to send a third party out to fix it. They came out for less than 5 minutes and it took weeks to order the parts. I had to call multiple times - both LG and third party company. The service ticket was then closed without anyone ever repairing the oven. Made another round of calls.
Finally they came out and fixed it but a day later it started malfunctioning and the oven would either error out or just turn on without anyone touching it. Another round of calls. They said they were ordering parts but its been 2+ weeks and nobody has come out nobody has called.
Another round of calls.. feels like more of a Ponzi scheme to get customers money unfortunately.

I brought this oven in January 2024 so I have had sometime to assess it: I am extremely pleased with it. The grill in the middle assist with being able to cook more food at one time. The even cooking of food is great. The air frying is a great added addition to the oven being able to cook healthy food without grease or oils. Ive baked cakes and was able to determine the heating to have them come out perfect.

recently purchased the LG 5.8 CU FT. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Fan Convection Gas Range with Air Fry EasyClean and I couldnt be happier with my decision. This range has completely transformed my cooking experience
First and foremost the smart Wi-Fi feature is a game-changer. Being able to control the oven from my phone is incredibly convenient especially when Im multitasking around the house. The fan convection ensures even cooking and everything Ive baked so far has come out perfectly.

The item works exceptional however the glass door was shattered and has broken completely. I cant get the company to replace the glass door although I have insurance. Repairing the item is easier than winning the lottery. Standby. Your product replace the glass door and Ill be 100 satisfied.

I absolutely love this range. It has the best burners for regulation of heat. The middle griddle is wonderful. I have not used the air fry feature because I havent ever used an air fryer before but will look into it soon. The stove top is easy to clean. My only complaint is that the panel is not backlit and in certain light it is difficult to read but I am now used to where everything is so it isnt a huge problem but I do wish it had backlighting or easier to read letters without the backlight.
