I cant even review the product because it still has not arrived. It was supposed to be delivered over a week ago - tracking has not been updated nobody on the chat support can help I have called 2 times now. Waiting over 2.5 hours to get transferred and the call dropped. When I attempted to use the call back I never received one. No response to my email. If I do not receive an update I will cancel my order. TERRIBLE customer experience.
