Very Good dishwasher just wish the manufacturer would make sure the control panel is completely sealed before shipping it off. I had to have the control panel replaced because it wasnt sealed correctly.

I read a review of this dishwasher on Consumer Reports which stated that this LG model was the best dishwasher for under $500. So far it doesnt disappoint Basic functions but it has a stainless steel tub and my dishes come out clean so I have no complaints

This dishwasher is so quiet. My last dishwasher I only ran during the day as the noise would keep me awake. This LG dishwasher is whisper quiet. Now I run it at night with the night dry setting. Dishes are ready to be put away in the morning

We purchased and installed this model and discovered that it has sub-optimal performance. Dishes remain wet no matter how long they are on heat dry and overnight dry setting. The biggest drawback is that there are not enough dish support tines in the lower dish rack to hold up/support plates of differing sizes. Spending hours on hold with Customer Service was a waste of time as well. Once you purchase the dishwasher they dont care about customer satisfaction or helping find additional tines and brackets to better support dishes. It really is the worst dishwasher Ive ever owned in my life and virtually no customer service.

I bought his Dishwasher on May 15 2024 and by August 3 the computor board for the dishwasher began acting funny and within a few weeks it wasnt working at all. Yesterday I had the new dishwasher put in so I cannot say if this dishwasher will last longer than two months. As for the cleaning it does a good job. Looks nice. Has some nice options

I purchased this three months ago. I had been a staunch Whirlpool buyer for many years. Unfortunately I had three machines break down in a span of four months. These machines were under three years old. There was no warranty after my extended warranty. Managers at Whirlpool were no longer helpful despite each was a motor issue. I am hoping for a better round with my new LGs.

I have been a loyal Kitchenaid dishwasher customer since the 1970s however the last two Kitchenaid dishwashers I had did not clean as well as the previous ones. My last Kitchenaid had to be replaced prior to moving so I wanted to get the least expensive replacement. I chose LG to match my other kitchen appliances. I was simply amazed how well this low-end LG dishwasher cleans dishes so much better than any of the five previous top-end Kitchenaids Ive owned. I have now switched my loyalty to LG dishwashers. I would have given this a 5-star rating but this dishwasher completely went dead after 4 months of having it. However it was still under warranty. Service was quick by replacing the main front panel in less than 5 minutes.

Our dishwasher was broken for years. We looked on consumer reports and found this washer. Ordered it delivered on time. Installed easily. When I pulled the top rack out I noticed two of the rollers were broken. I call customer service and had the parts in a couple of days. The washer has been working great. Customer service was great

Three weeks after purchase. The dishwasher broke down. I called LG service. The technician came and replaced some part. The next day we turned on the dishwasher for the evening. In the morning when I got up the whole kitchen was flooded. I called LG service again. The technician checked and said that he had not tightened some clamp on the pipe.I probably wont buy any LG products again.

Bought dishwasher in Dec 2023. It is not working. Called in manufacture for repairs. Cant speak to a human sent repair person out. Tech said the part that was ordered is not the problem and what is needed to repair dishwasher he is unable to order parts to repair.

The dishwasher top rack does not come out all the way. It gets stuck on the top sprayer.
The drying option does not work no mater what setting is chosen.
I tried to contact LG for repair and scheduled a repair person but they never showed up and tried to cancel the appointment.
If I do not get a response by the end of the week. I will be returning the dishwasher to the store.

I havent used it much because I cant see how to have a hot wash and only air dry. The instruction manual that comes with it doesnt tell me how this is done. Why not have an air dry button? Does a good job cleaning but a bit loud.

LG Customer service wouldnt respond throws errors 3 hours to wash dishes when it doesnt error and stop weird rack layout has more room inside than previous dishwasher but holds less sucks down rinse aid.

Bought this dishwasher in March and apparently there was a recall on the sensor. The machine stopped working in July. It took a long time to get ahold of the right people to get the repairman out but once he came and ordered the part everything went well.

We got this dishwasher about three weeks ago and are very pleased. Its a nice basic dishwasher which is exactly what we wanted. It cleans well and the Dynamic Dry feature means dishes are dry without a typical heating element.

Dishwasher is defective Purchased the unit in November 2023 and by May of 2024 the unit stopped finishing the wash cycle leaving water in the base of the unit and the dishes unwashed with no error code Took three calls to customer service rep to troubleshoot and finally to have a service repair scheduled. Parts ordered to replace the motherboard as well as the control unit.

I purchased a couple of months ago and am very happy with the product. Works as expected dishes come out clean with little prewash preparation. My only issue it the front facing controls at times turn on when brushing up against the washer. That would be solved with a top control model but is a minor issue.

When it is working its great. After installation it was great...for awhile. We followed the instructions in the manual. Pod soap recommended brand put rinse aid and didnt rinse the dishes. Started getting BE error frequently. Service person
advised trying: soap pod in bottom of tub no rinse agent ensure water source provided hot water. For about two weeks it ran fine then started throwing the BE error again. Technician came out and replaced motor and electronic control panel. First week of June we were getting ready to come back to California and the BE error came back. We are awaiting additional feedback from people that are using it in our absence.

the guy who came to FIX the original install - Jordan - was good. thorough. professional. But this was after a week and half after my initial install. the initial install leaked and was not correct. i then spent over 7 hours over the next week - calling and asking for someone to come out and fix it. every single person said the exact thing -
that someone would contact me the next day. this never happened until a week and half later
when Jordan finally came. It was over a week of stress and frustration with your company. I will never buy anything they uses RXO as their delivery and install again.

Have been told for over two weeks now that part is on back order. Its past time to fix this. We didnt buy the dishwasher to watch it just sit. Having had less than a year and still under your warranty I feel its past time for you to replace it.

We bought this dishwasher through Costco and have been terribly disappointed. Its still under warranty and we are in our 4th technician visit for an error message that no one has been able to clear. Its an intermittent problem which makes it more challenging. We had heard good things about LG but after this experience we would never buy it again. Buyer beware

Dishwasher arrived in November 2023 and was installed in December. Worked good for about a month. We then started to get BE error. This cleared when we reran the cycle. It would run fine for a while then the BE error would return. LG technician came out and looked it over. The BE error is from detecting too much soap. We followed all instructions in manual to wash including using soap pod and rinse aid. Tech advised no rinse aid soap pod placement in the bottum of tub not the dispenser. We started using the instructions as Tech advised. Dishwasher ran about two weeks fine. Then it started to give the BE code about every other wash cycle. After two weeks of making sure all suggestions were followed it still gave the BE code. Contacted Tech and he advised to run the dishwasher with only two cups of distilled white vinegar. We did that and then ran a second cycle of vinegar. We are now awaiting results.

Good dishwasher but not great. This replaced a Bosch I had and I have to say it really doesnt measure up. It cleans well enough. Its louder than my Bosch and despite the trap being empty it gets an odor very quickly when loading dishes. I bought it to get the price for a suite of appliances and in hindsight I wish I would have kept my Bosch.

I purchased this dw from our local appliance store Used it minimally for about a month and it started throwing a code . After two hours of trying to find someone that spoke english on the phone thru their help line I reached out to our local repair man to see what the problem is ? He was able to find problem I then reached out again to LQ service and explained situation along with emailing them photos as they requested They assigned their service technician and he then came and after telling him the issue he too turned in work order and explained the problem and requested that I should get a new Dw.
Too date I have just gotten the run around after many many phone calls emails and text with LG and I still have gotten no where DW is not able to be used
Beyond frustrating and would NOT recommend this Dw brand

We love the look and craftsmanship of this unit
The only reason were not giving it 5 stars is because it took us several washes and thorough online research to determine the drying cycle. We thought it should have been much easier to figure out how to dry the dishes properly.
Now that we know we simply love this dishwasher which we bought along with all the other LG kitchen units.
