It works now but it had a defective part and did not work when it was installed. Additionally the first tech did not have the parts with them to repair the defect. It took over two weeks to complete repair after first installation.

We bought this unit for a home under construction and only recently pulled it from storage. Upon setting it up it dried one load of clothes and then stopped working. It took 5 days to get on the schedule for a service tech. They were unable to make the repair and it took six more days for another tech to properly fix the brand new unit.

My wife is extremely happy with this washer. We had a rental with a very similar washer and she loved it - so when we bought our home we purchased this unit. Very fast very quiet and very efficient. This model is quite large however - which is great for larger loads. Just make sure it fits.

Actually the dryer unit was all good and in perfect working condition. I apologize for that inconvenience caused.
