Do not buy this product or any LG appliance for that matter. I purchased one of these two years ago and now have been getting an error code for the past 6 months. Because it is out of warranty there is virtually no support available from LG. All they do is give you a list of certified LG technicians None of them have been able to fix my dryer. I am disappointed I wasted my money on this company that used to be reliable and truthful to their customers. I also have a refrigerator that keeps having issues from the first year it was purchased. Please be smart and stay away from LG products.

My dryer has never produced hot air. When I filed a work order. I recieved a text message with a video to watch.on how to clear the vents. It is not clogged it jas never worked 2 months now with no working dryer.

DO NOT BUY I bought this to match the new washer which we love. The dryer does not dry. LG Service was rude and will not repair. My previous dryer worked like a champ. This one is too smart for its own good. Customer service gives me the run around. I am headed to the Better Business Bureau

Loving the capacity of this dryer compared to my former unit which lasted me 18 years Seems more gentle and is very quiet. Occasionally have to restart it when clothes arent fully dry but I do most loads on low so that may be the reason.
