Ordered in November and received Dec 19. Nice large dryer. Very quiet with many choices of features. As stated with the washer the steam tubing was not included with the installation and no instructions came with the tubing. The installer briefly went over the instructions but there were no instructions included.

We have now had 2 of these dryers delivered and immediately sent back to the manufacturer because the door hinge brackets fell down inside the machine during door reversal rendering the door impossible to install. LG says the door can be reversed and there are 2 videos online about how to do it but so far none of the installers has been able to do it

We bought this new dryer as part of a washer dryer package at Sams Club at an incredible 50 off of the regular price. Even though our 14+ years old set was still in good working condition we decided it was too good of a deal to pass up.
My wife has totally fallen in love with both machines for the very modern look and the many features both incorporate without appearing too flashy and simplicity of operation.
In the couple of weeks we have had them they have been put to good use specially since we had our daughter visiting with her family and it feels like the units have been going on non-stop without a hitch. My wife have been marveling at how little water the washer seems to use for bigger loads than ever before the wash tub is cavernous and the dryer is also much faster in the drying time it takes for all the bedding used.

I am so estatic that an extra large load actually comes out DRY as opposed to our old ones. Ive only had it for a month but the savings is already reflected on our power bill. I will only buy LG. The company is very responsive and there is plenty of material if you need help. If you read this the company I just wish you didnt stop making cell phones.

OMG this Dryer made my life so much easier. I have all of the settings I need for all of my different loads. From towels to bedding to delicates and a few other settings this dryer makes it a breeze to select what I want to dry based on the load I am doing. The quietness is wonderful I hardly hear it in my laundry room which is right off of my kitchen. And I just follow the settings and the laundry dries in one cycle not two or three like my old on did.

I bought a new dryer 2 weeks ago. Since I have a 5 month old LG washer I decided to go with the LG dryer. It is very easy and intuitive to use. Get clothes dry in a short amount of time. I havent tried the steam cycle yet but I think it will be nice. The door opening down to form a shoot is great.

Bought Dryer few months ago and has not worked right. Had to be on the phone with Customer Service 2 hours and ended up asking for manager before I could get a service call. The chimes and inner light would randomly chime until I unplugged it. A service man came and the mother board was messed up in the sensors.

Do not buy LG dryer they will fail just after the 1 year warranty expires. Ive replaced Main board thermistor and temperature sensor. Dryer is still broke. LG customer service is horrible and doesnt stand behind their products. Dont waste your money.

Bought as a companion to the washer. Do not like the Energy Saver feature Does not make sense to tumble the clothes for 30 min with no heat and then heat for 20 minutes. If you defeat the option its dries them in 25 minutes. Someone needs to explain to me how this saves energy
Also if you do not wish to use this feature you should be able to permanently defeat it rather than having to do it every time.
Wi-Fi is a great feature so that you are notified when it is finished
Like the two way door feature.

Best electric dryer Ive ever owned. Drys fast: energy efficient. But the best feature is the Turbo Steam. My daughter loves this feature. Shell through in a wrinkled blouse dress or pants and in ten minutes. Its as if she used her hand held steamer to iron out the wrinkles. Plus this dryer size can dry a ton of clothes. I call it my daughter feature.

The owners manual doesnt tell you what any of the settings are. It gives you a QR code or a URL to get a users manual. The link comes to this site with NO USER Manual. What a waste of my time and energy. Havent used the dryer yet but the door only opens to 45 degrees instead of parallel to the floor. Not sure what the delivery people did wrong
