Let me clarify to start with I havent used the product after ordering 1.5 months ago. RXO the installation provider has waster my countless hours after canceling and sending wrong installers multiple times and me waiting on the line with RXO every time after false promises to get in installed. This was the worst experience LG needs to work with better companies to provide better service and I will think 5 times before ordering from LG. Product review will come when we get it installed.

Middle burner - the igniter is just a stand alone nothing is protecting it. It can be broken easily while putting the top cover or when cleaning. Its a vey bad design. Mine came broken and had to be replaced. Tech said it can break again unless you are very very carefull when cleaning.

LG has put out some great household appliances. We have a refrig washer-dryer set and just purchased the range and pedestals for the washer-dryer. Have not gone wrong with any of these decisions. Though not installed yet we look forward to using the new stove.

I have not been able to use my gas cooktop since I have installed it. The center burner had a orifice that was stuck in it and I cannot remove it to switch it over to LP I have called customer service twice I have got one wrong part Im still waiting for the second part said it would be 7 to 10 days it has been 3 weeks still waiting

Just replaced a KitchenAide cooktop with this LG one. Night and day difference The LG has a powerful flame that reaches the pan lighted knobs auto re-light and the griddle. This is a true chefs cooktop - they did a great job designing it. Installation was easy. Highly recommended.

We installed this LG cooktop four days ago and I love it
It looks so stylish it designed very well and its modern looking. Stainless top is so easy to clean and layout of the burners maximize the cooktop space.
I cooked few meals already and I am so happy It heats pans evenly and heats fast And if I need to simmer I put it on a lowest setting and its perfect it keeps food warm without burning it.
The griddle is another feature I wanted to buy this cooktop. I only used it once but already love it. The installation was easy and instructions are very well explained. So far I am really happy with my new cooktop and I will never switch to electric cooktop again.
