We were so excited when we found this fridge! It had everything we thought we were looking for at a reasonable price. The middle drawer for produce is what ultimately won us over. BUT after getting it installed, it was immediately noisy for all but maybe an hour a day. So loud that we can hear it all the way in the back of the house, 4 whole rooms and a hall away! It's disruptive and a little maddening. We avoid the living room and kitchen (open floor plan) when we can, which is obviously NOT ideal--especially in a brand new home. We've had the freezer fan replaced under warranty, and it's a tiny bit quieter. The tech says it's "normal" noise now, but we've never had a fridge be this loud and disruptive. We're so disappointed and afraid we'll have to get a new one, basically wasting all the money spent on this one. Do NOT recommend! Sadly, because we've had no other issues with it. If not for the painfully loud noise, it'd be a great product.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace an 11 year old Whirlpool that had French doors. I wasn't sure I would like having four doors but it is awesome. The fourth drawer is so convenient for putting fruit and vegetables. It is so much easier to retrieve items than from. Bins inside the bigger part of the refrigerator. There seems to be more room than my previous 25 cu. ft. refrigerator. Also, it is very quiet. I love how the water dispenser measures the ounces. Overall a great design.

I really like this fridge with the exception of a few things. The shelves in the door by the ice maker are mostly dead space...very few items fit in that configuration, and for some reason the water dispenser drips occassionally.

Run away from this product, specially if you have an open floor plan. Noise readings will be constantly over 50dB, which will turn your life in your living room into a nightmare. I am surprised that Whirlpool accepted to release a product this bad. For the records, I had three technicians to come and try to "repair" it, but none of them were able to make it sound any better. It's just a poor quality bad engineering product. It looks nice, but it sounds like a heavy duty machine operating in your living room - 24/7.

This refrigerator replaced one that was built in 1996. So we liked the extra door and the extra features like the control panel. The control panel was missing some white lines and we had to readjust the temperature once we hooked up the ice maker but other than that we are happy with it

We bought this fridge 5 years ago at our old house and loved it so much, we just bought a new one for our new house. Capacity and ease of moving shelves around is great. There is so much light inside-makes it look even bigger. Very easy to clean

Only had it for 3 weeks. I believe this is something that should happen after 6 months or so of use. I would hope after that period of time my responses would be different?

We recently have replaced all appliances in our kitchen. Previously we had a simple very dated refrigerator. We enjoy using this appliance and it has helped make our life a little easier ( access, cleanness, organization). We would recommend!
