I just bought my new oven a week ago, so haven't had a lot of time to check out all its features, but have loved having the double ovens and the convenience of the top oven at a height where I don't have to bend over. It is beautiful next to my Whirlpool refrigerator and makes my kitchen look so coordinated.

I purchased this on 1.16.19. was promised 2 weeks. Finally, 2.26.19, it was delivered & installed. Used the oven(s) with no problems so far. Used the stove top 4 times with light weight pots & pans and the grates are flaking. I am very disappointed and upset.

My range is a couple months old and I overall love it. Only concerns are the knobs turn on very easily and I've smelled gas and had to make sure they were completely in the off position. My husband doesn't like the black base inside for cleaning purposes. Would rather have that be stainless colored so it doesn't show as much dripping, etc.

The whirlpool double oven that I purchased has been life-changing. The ovens are simple to use and cook everything to perfection. The fifth burner on top takes some skill to get used to because of the shape and size of it. But having the grated all the way a Ross the top provides extra space for keeping things warm on top. I couldn't have survived the holidays without it and now that I'm spoiled by a double oven there's no turning back

I bought this stove a month ago and I am not happy with the issues regarding the knobs on the front of the stove. When we use the microwave above the stove, the knobs ARE TOO EASILY BUMPED ON AND GAS LEAKS! My prior stove was also a whirlpool and I did not have this problem with the knobs, you had to push in and turn before they turned on!

I bought two weeks ago, already had to call for repair, it makes a constant noise and they need to change a part. They will come on Friday and they hope that's the problem. The racks are difficult to put up for cleaning if you have a microwave over the stove and because they won't open all the way two days ago they felt on my hand while cleaning the stove, unfortunately I didn't wait until they were completely cold and got a really bad burn on my hand. Overall I'm hoping I get used to and start loving it, since I purchased the complete kitchen set to match all appliances.

This oven fits in great with my new dream kitchen! I used to have a wall oven (tiny) and a separate cooktop, and this has TONS of features that I just love!!1. two ovens - it's great to be able to just use the small oven, but the large oven works great for larger items... or when you just have 2 things that need different temps.2. two levels of broil - high and low - this is a nice feature! didn't even realize this was a feature, but it's really nice to have the ability to choose3. there are 5 burners on the cooktop - these are great! I use the highest power one most often and am still surprised by how fast items cook. It's also nice to be able to have other options though for a low heat. 4. the flat bars across the cooktop are wonderful!!! When something has too much heat or starts to boil over, you can just slide it. I used to have 4 raised burners and you needed to lift the item... it's safer and easier to be able to slide it5. the flat grates are on a hinge and you can flip them up to clean the stove top... this is AWESOME!! No lifting up dirty grates and having to find somewhere to set them while you clean the stove top. And if you need to really clean the grates - they can come off too... but it's nice to just swing them up and out of the way.And it looks great in my modern kitchen... but I think it would look great in a lot of styles. I went with stainless.

It took 4 weeks for delivery! Then the range was damaged on the top. Order again another 3 weeks! Got my new range and the big burner does not light properly. Repair man dies nothing. Tells me to very slowly turn the the burner on!?! Second repairman says it needs new parts! Still waiting on the parts. Some day I will have a working range!

It has now been over a month and I still don't have the grates for my EZ 2 LIFT GRATES model. I have called whirlpool and whirlpool parts multiple times. Every time i have to start all over from the beginning. They dont have the grates and they dont know when they will have them. This is a new model. Why weren't the grates included. How can they not have the parts to a new model?!!!!

I was really able to give this range a run for it's money on Thanksgiving 2016. The double ovens were amazing to be able to cook in two different temperatures at the same time, you couldn't ask for more, but there is more. The ease of using the range with the digital instructions built in really helped out. Not to mention the hinged grates is a bonus for a "clean as you go" cook as myself. You just lift the hinge grate and clean your mess & keep on cooking. I haven't use the convection as of yet, because I just got the range and I didn't want to ruin our Thanksgiving diner by experimenting, but I'm sure it's just as fabulous.
