I bought this refrigerator in March, 2019 and it had problems from the beginning. It came with faulty thermistor and control boards, which had to be replaced. During the service call I also complained about icing in the freezer, which was later found to be due to a defective gasket in the door, so a new freezer door was ordered. This took several weeks, but the new door had some dents in the front. The repairmen offered to order yet another door, but I declined as I was afraid of getting another faulty gasket. Another problem was the deli drawer, which kept falling out when opened. The first repairman said that the rails were faulty and ordered new ones, but the drawer continues to fall out, which I suspect is a design flaw. When I complained to Whirlpool Customer ServiceI was told that they would not replace. The refrigerator "unless it was deemed unrepairable". I feel that it is unrepairable and would like a refund.

We bought this refrigerator in July, it took 9 weeks to arrive.
the sleek meat drawer full width is a fantastic concept and the reason I bought this model. But it keeps falling off the track. I have had the repair men here three times and it just continues to happen. Also the unit has a problem with water freezing in the inner walls the entire length of fridge to the point the walls are pushing out and the upper right corner of freezer has now pulled apart. We have ordered a new, different model and now wait several more weeks.

Overall very happy but have one issue with the deli drawer. If you don't support it when pulling it out, it will drop out of the slides. Slides should be wider and better attached to the side. Would be better if made of metal or a stronger plastic.

Had to replace a Maytag Refrigerator I had for only 8 years. The replacement was basically the same, only the doors had no handles. The opening on the side of the doors is awkward. The ice maker was defective, but was replaced promptly after the second call. The refrigerator is working well and looks great in my kitchen.

It takes a lot of creativity to reorganize a new appliance and how and where to put everything. So far it's acceptable but the freezer's temperatures aren't satisfactory. Needing to get the repairman to come to check it out.

I ordered the refrigerator and had to wait two months to get it. It's a plain refrigerator, no bells and whistles so I don't understand the delay. The right side was dented in four places, but I kept it as I had just sold my other refrig, and didn't have much choice but to ask for and receive a discount. The deli drawer can come off track if I'm not careful

I have had this apx one week now after searching for weeks for a fridge that would fit my existing space - it took apx 6 weeks to receive. I love the big meat/cheese drawer! Lots of space overall - It is a little noisier than my old kenmore but not terrible - ice maker is on back order anxious to get that installed and look forward to having this great fridge for years to come!

We've had it 3 weeks and had to replace a drawer immediately as it came with a chip out of the glider lip. The gasket is splitting at the corner and has developed a green stain on part of it.
We like the door storage and clear view into crisper drawers.

So far, so good. I have had the refrigerator for a couple of months and have had no problems. I really like the light in the freezer. The only negative comment is when I open or close either door, the refrigerator makes a squeeking noise, like the old Styrofoam coolers make. I assume it is the insulation rubbing against the frame.

I bought this refrigerator this summer and have used it for several months. It arrived with scratches and smudges in the front freezer door finish. The door was replaced under warranty. There are still a few defects in the refrigerator door, but not as noticeable. The interior refrigerator space is not designed for ease-of-use. Split shelves would help, but this model doesn't have them. On the positive side, it seems to work ok and cooling is uniform.

We bought this refrigerator mid May and one of the slots in the door already cracked after a month. I do not like the shelves because nothing tall fits on them. If I rearrange them I would eliminate a whole shelf and whats the point.

I purchased this & so happy I did. I had a Kenmore & the condenser was on the outside & the noise was making me crazy. My new Maytag is super quiet - I find myself checking to make sure it is running. :) It is extremely well designed; I love that the cold cut drawer goes the entire length of the shelf giving you plenty of room. I could not find one negative thing to say about this refrigerator if I wanted to. It is, simply put, the best of the best.
