I™™m still trying to figure out the drying cycles. It™™s so frustrating to have clothes come out still damp & wrinkled needing extra timed drying to finish. So, my review at this point isn™™t really good, but I™™m hopeful it will become easier. Also, I™™m noticing a very slight/small squeal starting as dryer spins so I™™m nervous about having a service call already.

I am extremely concientious of load type and size while using my dryer, however I have yet to find a load completly dry after the first cycle. Apparently, I need to either use multiple cycles or the timed dry feature. It eventually gets everything dry, but it takes longer than expected.

Trash! DO NOT BUY!! Had this dryer for 18 months, now out of warranty.Drum is cracked &plastic around it melted when using the dryer. It would cost $700 to fix. GE no longer stands by their products to last longer than 12 mos. Tells you everything you need to know

Our second GE Profile dryer. 1st unit was defective, made a bang sound on each revolution of the drum. Purchased thru CostCo, benefited from their 90 day warranty. So far, with not much usage, this dryer performs much better.

This is a nice dryer. The only problem I have is the coating on the top of the dryer is a not scratch resistant. So don™™t put your laundry basket on top of it. I™™ve only had it for a few months and the top is showing scratches and a little chip.

Really quiet and dries really well. The controls are easy to select from and it holds alot of clothes I really like the alerts on my phone that the clothes are in the dryer. It helps to not have to remember when the laundry is finished. It™™s one less item on my list to think about.

My dryer works great. It holds a lot of clothed and drys fast. The only complaint I have is that the outside shows scratches really easily. We don™™t put anything on top of it, but it already has little scratches all over it.

I would consider this dryer a low end product. The door is flimsy and the dry moves when I open or close the door. The dryer vent is small and a bit difficult to pull out and push in. Also, there is no end (beeping) of cycle sound.

My review is not about my Dryer! It is the time to receive one that was not damaged. Purchased Aug 24, 2024. Dryer # 1 unpainted #2 Door scratched #3 control panel chips #4 same dryer with Scratched and finally Oct 12 got what I ordered. Reached out to GE who refused to help and told it's homedepot who is responsible. Really considering Samsung or LG in the near future for our appliances?

I used the dryer 5 times and then it would say the door was open when it wasn™™t so a service guy came out and temporarily fixed it until he can get a new part. Now since then I have tried drying 2 loads and it runs but the clothes is still as wet as the were when I put them into the dryer. The dryer was delivered to me on August 19th so it has not worked well since I have gotten it and of course the people who will service it are out on vacation for a couple weeks.
