Am very happy with this purchase! A lifelong electric user, I wasn't sure how I would feel about this new ceramic top but it is SO MUCH BETTER and CLEANER!!! than wobbly burners. The features and buttons to press are all very intuitive and I really like that you can watch as your oven preheats. (Degrees show as they increase so you can anticipate how long before it is at 400.) Love the two burners in one design so you can use a smaller or larger heating area. Makes it seem like you have a LOT more burners in the same space. Haven't used the warming burner yet but is a very cool idea. Also haven't used convection or needed to clean it yet. Bottom drawer is small and a little 'tinny' but works fine. These are not meant to be the best feature of a stove. Timer could be a tad louder but, full disclosure, I am a bit hard of hearing so generally carry around a louder one. :-0 Very clean, sleek, substantial look. Happy with my purchase and expect it will serve me for many years to come. Highly recommend!

For a high-end product, I find it terrible that I cannot select a microwave cook time in something other than 15 second increments. My morning frozen bran muffin defrosts in 22 seconds, but I can only select 15 or 30 seconds. Why can't the time resolution be programmable in one second increments?? Seems like an easy fix. Perhaps you can issue a software or control board upgrade?
I can, however, give 5 stars to the main convection oven -- that works great!

Microwave makes rattling noise when running (sounds like the fan is vibrating). Oven seems to take a long time to heat up, even in convection mode, but does cool the food well. Oven's broiler works well.

This whole unit would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the racks. The slide out one pops in there just fine and works great. The non slide out one that stays in place? That's another story. I feel like a child trying to jam the thing in there as if it doesn't fit. I finally got it in there and then it had to be taken out when my cabinets needed to be fixed and now I can't figure out how to get it back in for the life of me. And another one that slides out costs over 200 on replacement parts? That's insane.

We downsized from a low-end double oven hoping we wouldn't miss it with a combo, and guess what? We don't. Pre-heating in the full oven is not as fast as I'd like, but it's pretty good and doesn't have hotspots. The bells and whistles-proofing, warming, steam cleaning, etc.-are perfect for us and the controls are easy to use. The microwave/convection is terrific. I'd give it 5 stars, but we haven't been using it long enough. We haven't tried the self-clean, either.

After an appliance service call, we find that the mother board (electronics) was defunct. So after two months in our new home, we still cannot rely on utilizing the microwave or the oven. We've been using this unit for almost 3 years with no problems until one day I opened the microwave door slightly while it was running, changed my mind and then immediately shut it. I heard a pop behind the control panel on the right and it's never worked since. Fortunately we had purchased an extended warranty for once. The repairman replaced two circuit boards in it but the result remained a non-working oven. Now the extended warranty plan is going to reimburse us but the cost of new appliances is a *lot* higher than 3 years ago. It's bizarre that simply opening and shutting the microwave door could cause the whole unit to be DOA.

The Oven gets about 25 degrees hotter over time. My Wife loves to bake but cannot bake in this oven. Cookies overcook and burn. Cakes get overdone on the outside and not done in the middle. We bought the oven in July 2021

We have had 6 service calls from GE on this issue. GE will not replace the oven because the tech finds no problems, The Oven gets about 25 degrees hotter over time. My Wife loves to bake but cannot bake in this oven. Cookies overcook and burn. Cakes get overdone on the outside and not done in the middle.
