I didn't get to chose my appliances and the builder installed this thing instead of a gas stove. It looks alright and works as expected. The main downside, besides the fact that your food will not taste as good, is that it gets dirty very fast and it shows the dirt. Be ready to be constantly cleaning this thing.

Having the largest burner on the center back with a above range microwave while cooking with high 8in or higher 8 quart pot it's almost impossible to see what your cooking or stirring.

Only had this a week. Replaced another GE cooktop that failed after 7 years. Pretty hard to keep the cooktop clean. Easy to wipe off but really streaky. I was used to keeping the other cooktop clean so hopefully once I use this more it will quit streaking. Thought maybe there might be a film on it. I did clean it as recommended.

I love the cooktop, no knobs to trap food under, and rapid boil ring in the center. Best of all, I use a double burner griddle pan, and I can sync the two burners on the left! Gone are days of constantly fiddling with the knobs of two burners when doing pancakes!!!

I had a four burner GE electric cook top prior but I love the look and ease in cleaning this gorgeous glass top. We have just completed a kitchen renovation and this glass cooktop looks perfect with our new walnut butcher block island. It's so easy to clean! I had originally planned to buy a cooktop with knobs but none were available so I switched to the digital controls. This is a great cooktop and the digital controls made cooking so easy and precise. There are five burners and two of them have two sizes. The black glass looks terrific and is easy to clean. The stainless steel accents not only look good but can keep the glass from getting chipped if someone is careless with the cookware. This cooktop deserves the great reviews it received. I am delighted with my choice.

Installed easily. Unit is solid and feels sturdy. The controls are incredibly easy and highly adjustable. Elements heat very quickly and have numerous setting levels. Inclusion of simple timer is very nice. Cleans up well and looks great. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with this product. It provides excellent even heat for very controlled cooking. The size of the cooking surfaces is efficient and it's very easy to clean. It does require a cooktop surface cleaner to get a nice polish shiney finish but this is also very easy to do.

I had replaced an old one which was my first experience with a cooktop. The GE Profile is a great replacement. Its sleek looking, has 5 burners and even a synchronized burner. The best feature about this GE Profile Cooktop, it has NO dials. It's all touch top. This makes it so easy to clean and you do not have to worry about cleaning around the knobs. It also detects when some liguid is sprayed on it, it beeps so with one touch I usually lock the whole cooktop to clean Very easy and just having that lock capability if you have young children

This cooktop is not only beautiful, but the functions even better than expected. The cooktop heats up much faster than my old element cooktop and provide and even constant temperature when cooking. Cleans up nicely and no more drip pans to worry about. The surface is shiny and beautiful. The dual element syncing is great when using my griddle pan on the cooktop. Love it!

Power boil burner is great, heats up very quickly. Installation was easy and quick with basic electrical knowledge. Controls are easy to use and intuitive. Lock feature is handy when cleaning and with smaller children. Would prefer two large burners over 4 small and one large.

The cook top is beautiful. The change in cooking surfaces was different but quickly adapted. So far works extremely well. Only negative, we have cats & their paws can activated stove top even with lock feature. So we keep a very small decorative glass cutting board just over the controls. Problem resolved, the cover looks good, the stove looks & performs great. No regrets.

We ordered our cooktop through Home Depot, who delivered on the day promised. Since this cooktop was largely the same size of the old Kenmore Elite unit, it dropped right in without hassle. Electrical hookup was same as old unit, so no problems there either. I did need to obtain a clamp to connect the flex conduit to the electrical box. Since we have a solid surface counter, I wisely ordered clamp kit WB01X24570, since the two included hold down brackets (two simple metal strips) were useless.
