Product is poor after one month it does not work I've called GE service for repairs it's taking 2+ weeks to get it repaired the service tech does not show up on time. Very disappointed as this is my new house and I do not have a working refrigerator. The price of the refrigerator was $2890. It should have lasted more than a month before it broke down and I lost everything in the freezer and the refrigerator.

This fridge is awesome! So many features...I love having the extra shelf space and large drawers. The freezer has so much room! The only thing I would change is the shelf width on the left side refrigerator door...they are narrow, and with just a little more width, more things could be stored in it. I've had GE service out to resolve an issue with this fridge at least 7 times since we bought it in 2019. Within a year the whole door with ice box needed to be replaced because the water line would freeze (that required 3 tech visits to resolve). Recently, frost has been preventing the fridge from keeping temp. I have had GE techs out now 4 times in 6 months. 1st time - "nothing wrong", 2nd time - gasket repair, 3rd time - "nothing wrong", 4th time - we'll keep you posted on what I find out.

This is a good refrigerator especially for the price. I can see two deficiencies after a few weeks of ownership. The first is that the door mounted ice maker does not hold much ice and takes 1-2 days to refill. Had I known this, I would have opted for the additional ice maker in the bottom freezer. The second is that to open the "Deli" door, both main doors need to be opened causing the loss of cool air.

We bought this refrigerator and had it delivered in November 2020. We have had nothing but problems, with multiple calls/emails to GE. The ice maker stopped working two weeks ago (1 1/2 years old). No warranty or any type of response from GE. Paid for a reputable company to come out and diagnose. The cost of the repair is almost $1500.00 and they told us that this is a very common problem and is the result of poor design and poor workmanship.

Great fridge with db doors on top and freezer on bottom, plenty of room and adjustable shelves in the fridge. The freezer has adjustable dividers that work great, the fridge and freezer got very cold with in 6 hours to the point we were able to put our food back into it. The led lights are fabulous very bright. Over night we had ice cubes and the water dispenser works great and has a night light that's just right. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a new fridge. The water filter is also easy to change when needed and the ice maker is built into the door saving lots of space.

This replaced a very similar optioned 9 year old Kenmore Elite that couldn't be fixed. So far about 6 weeks from install works fantastic. Refrigerator keeps things accurately cool without cold spots in the specialty drawers. Freezer keeps food very cold.
My wife especially likes the water sensing filling option. Works pretty well most of the time - could fill cups a little fuller though.
Only thing so far i wished the shelves on the left door were a bit deeper, even 1/2 inch deeper would allow for a better selection of product storage.
Overall, it's been a nice upgrade.

If I could give zero stars I would. This refrigerator was delivered a week ago and has now been looked at by their GE tech and needs a huge list of things replaced! The noise is unbearable I can hear it in all rooms of my house. It looks nice, seems like it should be great but BEWARE it is a faulty machine that is insanely loud. I have to constantly have loud music or TV playing in an attempt to drown this sound out.

I've had the hardest time with new appliances for our new home, with the exception of my GE refrigerator. We plugged it in, hooked it up and its been smooth sailing. The refrigerator has a good, nice design. Nice distribution of space in both refirgerator and freezer.
Lights are well located and very efficient. They don't space from the interior of the fridge.
I would like more space in the interior of the doors.
Nevertheless, the second day the ice maker/water dispenser stop working and after one repair, I decided to ask for an exchange. This was a defect in the device.
Nevertheless, I like it and I'm waiting for the replacement hoping that I won't have any more trouble.

Purchased May 11 - Installed May 19
Day 1 Installed - advised wait until settings normalize before using water/ice
Day 2 - Control panel makes noises constantly (at all hours of day and at night). Having the fridge wake us up at random hours in the night is annoying to say the least.
Water works, Auto fill and ice maker does not
Day 12 - Technician comes out. States control panel has some loose wires. He tells us all we have to to do is unplug it to reset the little computer. Tells us to flip the breaker if that is easier. Six hours after he leaves the problems return. We find ourselves having to "reset" (flip the breaker) multiple times a day to stop the random noises and use the ice maker.
Day 27 - Same tech comes out. Asks if any parts were delivered to us? No... should there have been? He doesn't know. He proceeds to order a control panel and an interface. Reschedule again for return 16 days away.
We will see what that brings us.
We are done with this. This has been the worst buying experience we have ever had with an appliance. GE will be our last option from now on.

The first thing I noticed was the LED lighting. The interior is so well lit. I love the large freezer drawer with the sliding drawer on top. Lots of storage space for freezing items. But, the height of the adjustable shelves does not allow tall milk containers, they must be stored in the door, which works well.

I was concerned about reviews that mentioned noise. I can hear my unit running if I pay attention. It is far from noisy. I wondered if I could partially fill a glass with water because of autofill. Not a problem! Just tap the Water button to stop it. Final concern was the filter replacement cost. GE offers a filter bypass so you will have the convenience of autofill while waiting for a new filter. Just request it online. My refrigerator looks great and has lots of interior space.

First delivered ge french door refrigerator was nonop. Wouldn't get cold. Second refrigerator arrived all banged up scratched and dented. Waiting on the third. Fit and finish is cheap. Plastic is unreinforced and the stainless shell is very thin. I don't have good feelings about the longevity of this expensive purchase.

Great fridge. Plenty of space with options to make space for what you have. Only negative is the small ice basket. Not much can be made and held.

We really like the refrigerator. The only things that we would suggest improvements are the ice and water dispensers. It seems that the cold water runs out too soon. The ice dispenser throws the ice very fast and inaccurate, comparable to a wild baseball pitcher. It broke two glasses the first day we had it. We have to make sure we hold it half sideways to absorb the velocity with hopes that broken glasses are minimized in the future. I feel the ice problem needs to be addressed in future models.

This is the loudest refrigerator I've ever owned only had it for a month hope it last. I like the water dispenser although the automatic sensor feature sometimes runs over. This refrigerator was scratched when we received it.
