I was so excited to get a brand new washer and dryer and had done research on what I wanted in a set. These products could not be more disappointing. We haven™™t even had them a year and multiple issues with the dryer not heating or taking way too long to dry. I™™m over it. Will never buy again.

the dryer works well and is quiet. the only thing is that I find that for large loads it doesn't dry as well, either have to set the time lone or raise the heat level higher, but other than that it works great. Haven't tried the steam sanitize function yet.

So far, no issues. Dries quick enough. However, the lint trap is a disaster. Whoever decided to put so many nooks and crannies on a lint trap needs to be fired. The fact it made it all the way to market with this horrendous design speaks very poorly of everyone who had a hand in its design and push to market.

The lint filter fills up and gets into all over the clothes in the dryer. If I take it out first it spills all over the floor. It is VERY messy. I never had a problem with my whirlpool dryer that I had for twenty two years. Also the washer and dryer don't remove the pet hair. I never had that problem with my whirlpool washer and dryer. I'm very disappointed with these two machines.

Terrible warranty service. Ordered this drier and matching washer. It arrived and didn't work right from day one. Contacted GE and set up a warranty repair. They came out and said they would need to order parts. Almost a month later, some of the parts are on back order with no solid time as to when this machine will be fixed. Brand new machine, and we are just waiting in limbo.

Generally works to dry clothes. It hold a good amount of laundry too. However the door feels plastic and cheap... Not solid and the window feels like plastic not glass. I like the energy efficiency sticker but don't have a way to prove it. The light inside is a great feature so I don't have to use a flashlight. Is moderate for noise but nothing to complain about. The height is only good with the expensive stand.

This product doesn™™t dry clothes. It leaves clothes wet or damp. I had service come check it out and still does the same thing. I had a venting company come to check for ventilation and nothing was wrong with vents. The dryer only drs clothes on one cycle only and has to be put on for a long period of time. I™™m

Got my new Dryer today was a breeze to set up, After running the initial quick dry to clean it out from the factory as I was instructed to. I put three soaking wet beach towels in the dryer set up my app and within minutes it was running. The dryer is so quiet which our old one was sounding like a rocket ship launching into space. I am excited to fit my king size comforter in this thing as its so much bigger. Also looking forward to the energy savings and using the Smart Washer Link. Towels dried in record time.

Washer and dryer have been in use for over a month. So far we are very pleased. This is our first ™front™ loader. Clothes are brighter, faster wash times, (no waiting for the tub to fill), almost dry after spin reducing dryer time. This product replaced a Samsung dryer we had for a very long time. There was nothing wrong with it but my wife wanted matching sets since it was the washer that was broken. Tested the dryer on the day of installation and the clothes came out hot! (lol) We love this dryer and the many features it offers. I was able to configure the wifi to my phone and it works as advertised. Warning me when the dry cycle is approaching completion and when it's finish. GE Profile Line is the only company that increased thier washer/dryer size from 27" to 28" making things a tight fit for our small space, but the installers made it work.
