I finally have a new 30™ GE oven installed after 4 service calls. NOW The control panel does not light up - cannot see numbers or settings! I have the 5th appointment in a week. ( 2of previous involved delivery).
This experience with GE has been terrible - after years on being a GE customer I would not order another product in the same manner. I hope there is a reasonable solution that does not involved 2 more service calls!

This was bought to replace my first GE oven which was close to 30 years old. I will be honest and say I miss my old oven. The clock display was so visible, this one is not; the settings are all cencors which I dislike; the time it takes to get this oven to the temp set takes much longer. I have only used the baking setting and frankly I cannot taste anything different from the previous oven. Overall, disappointed for the price.

If I had known it was going to be so hard to purchase and install your oven I would have probably purchased another product. The new oven had to sit in my garage for at least 2 weeks to get installed due to the FIT GUARANTEE issues and now I am getting a run around on it so after having to pay alot of extra out of pocket to get the oven installed, I am having difficulty getting the CLAIM you guarantee for the extra issues.
As for the oven itself I believe I will be happy with it but I currently am hesitant to recommend purchasing a GE oven to anyone else as I wouldn't want them to have to pay extra and go through the problems I am having just to get through the process

The oven is preforming very well it was a small learning curve to go for a conventional oven to a Convection oven with the GE oven. The no preheat air frier works great and the oven itself as a clean and modern look, and installation was easy as well.
I am looking forward to using the oven in the future

First day out of the box and installed the circuit board is not working. Oven lights will not turn off. Oven will not operate because it thinks the oven door is open Obviously no quality control on this at all. Plus where we bought it does not install so had to pay for installation and the company will not install so I have to pay for another install fee

We are unable to use our air fry mode on our new oven. The prompts say we need Wi-Fi to start the air fryer but not for baking or convection mode. I try to connect the oven to Wi-Fi but won™™t connect

I think it is unethical that they tout the Air fry option and you can't air fry unless you sign up for their app... Give them all your information, allow them to share it with everyone in the world. Why don't they disclose that to get this feature you need to do this? It really isn't a feature unless you pay with your private information. Shocking and obnoxious. Not in the manual either. Not quite transparent! Hidden "cost" . VERY slow to preheat.

Oven heats up well. Timer is better than GE oven that we had to replace. Ridiculous that oven does not come with a printed manual! Cannot access air fryer function with out synching phone to the oven. So far have not been able to sync phone to the oven. Will have to make time to call help number.

So far, we love that it fits into the space where we removed our old GE Profile and is close in appearance to our remaining warming drawer that is located beneath it. Upon initial use, we discovered that the control panel is hidden until needed and then intuitive to understand!
Our only disappointment is that it did not arrive with the piece that masks the empty space underneath, we assume that will be resolved.

So far, I love it! We've only had it a few weeks, so I can't speak to its durability, or whether we'll have persistent problems with the electronic controls. But it heats accurately, I like the air fry setting (not as good as a counter-top air fryer but it will fit a whole lot more and fry it adequately), and I like the fact that it does both convection and regular baking.
Keep in mind that this is a WiFi connected device. If you minimize WiFi in your home or don't want your appliances potentially collecting data on you, this is not for you. I bought it intending NOT to use the WiFi, but it turns out you can't use some of the features if you don't connect. So.
