Purchased this model as my previous 5 yr old range no longer manufactured. Loved that one so went with updated version. Surprised to have only 2 oven racks (one of the features that I really liked). I assumed (my bad) that newer version would have same # racks. To purchase another oven rack sets me back another $40, kind of hard to swallow after spending a lot of money on a higher end range. Hope all the other features make up for this initial disappointment.

The "air fry" feature is great. Fresh salmon on a cooking basket - 20 minutes start to finish - moist on the inside and slight crisp on the surface. Warming feature is perfect for bringing pre-cooked bread to serving temperature without drying out. Love the "quick boil" cooking eye.

I love the look of this range and bought it for some of the amazing features it offers. While it looks amazing, the convection fan (and therefore the air fry function) didn't work the very first day it was installed. Now it only works intermittently, which is incredibly inconvenient when it stops in the middle of cooking. We had a technician come out, and the fan appeared to work when he turned it on (because it does work sometimes) so he left without checking anything. Pretty bummed as this stove was a huge upgrade purchase for us and now I'm stuck having to try and schedule another repair appointment. It leaves me concerned about the quality and durability of this oven in the future. Hopefully I'm wrong and it will work great once we get it fixed!

This is my second GE glass top range. The first time i used it - the glass top was permanently stained. I used the Weiman glass stove top cleaner and the marks did not come off. I have since used the stove a handful of times and I use the cleaner. It makes the stove top smeary and unsightly. Also, the black top has white showing thru on the burners - not all of the top is black. This did not happen with my other range. I am very disappointed since it is part of a new kitchen design.

This is a very nice looking stove. When it works it cooks well.
I had this installed as part of a kitchen remodel in Spring, 2021. In October while preheating the oven to 375 it started beeping and a code started flashing on the display. I called for service and gave them the code information. It took over ten days for them to send a repairman and longer for the part-a cooling fan- to come. The repair was completed a few days before Thanksgiving.
Now a month and a half later the same code is flashing. The cook top will heat but the stove beeps the entire time. I called for repair and was given an appointment 10 days out. I hope they will bring the part.
This stove does not get heavy use.

Great range. Issues: Front knobs are too big and stick up in the way especially when reaching to back burners. Also we always have to lock front touch panel as it is crazy sensitive - barely brush it (again when reaching to back burners) and it's trying to turn the oven or timer on. These are design flaws. Other than that it would be a 5 star.

I just got a replacement range as the first one was delivered with the front right burner not working. I love the oven and the different options for cooking regular, convection, air fry. It will take some time to get use to the electric range top, I had a gas range top for the past 17 years. I am a bit dissatisfied with the time it takes for the burners to get hot, especially the one that is supposed to become hot immediately. Not totally sold on the range top but love the oven!

Cons: Timer is very quiet. Also, it is very easy to push buttons or cancel your oven or timer when cleaning the control panel. Finally, the vent in the back gets lots of crumbs and dust in it but is difficult to clean due to the design.

This stove was installed a few months ago, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. It looks really nice. The powerboil feature is pretty hot and fast- don't walk away or you may return to a problem- I did! I have a minor complaint with the fact the burners make kind of a loud humming sound while operating. The convection bake takes forever to brown things which seems odd to me. But convection roast was quick to brown a chicken although the inside of the oven was totally grease splattered and smoking, which also seemed a little weird. I will say that it seems to bake quite evenly though. Only used air fry once but that seemed good, potatoes and they were tasty but some were more on the leathery than crispy side. The features are easy to figure out, it's pretty intuitive to use. The cream glass top cleaner works well. I had some white spots show up on the stove after spills and high heat, but with continued use of cream cleanser they went away. I'm generally quite happy with the stove but feel there is a learning curve with oven features that I'm still figuring out.

Careful using the air fryer. Gets super hot and you need to us the lower rack settings.
The print color for the burner dials could be brighter. The stove is slate grey and then a very light white is used. Should be more contrasting to be able to read the numbers, etc.
Told sales we did not want a range surface that showed fingers prints. But, now it certainly is impacted by different pans we use that worked well on previous range top. Aluminum pans are leaving silver marks which means the range top needs to be cleaned every time. It appears the only pans to work on this range top are stainless steel requiring me to get rid of all of my pans and buy a new set. Costing me more money. Not real happy about this.
Pre-heat takes 20 minutes. Our Samsung at our other home takes 10 minutes no matter what oven temp is set. A 20 minute pre-heat is way too long.
