The first time the stove was delivered banged up on the back, the second time, our propane gas supplier/company came to install the stove and found that the burners were damaged (couldn't change from natural to propane gas), and asked to send back. The third time, the upper oven door doesn't close well, and home depot said they can't fix it but bring a new unit again (kind risky for us because who knows what else could be wrong with the 4th one again!).

I bought this new in July/Aug 2021 from Premier Kitchens & Baths in Sacramento, CA. They stored it until late January 2022 & then delivered to my contractors (along w/many other new appliances) in late Jan/early Feb 2022. At that time, my contractors installed it. Unfortunately, I found that the top oven handle & glass were scratched. The manifold in front & on top had lots of dents/waviness.
GE appliance repair guys (who have been great) ordered new parts & replaced them. The new manifold still had waviness but I'll live with it...apparently there is no quality control. Also, the plastic control panel started puffing up when I turned on either oven.
AND, the top oven door didn't close flush. The repair guys returned, ordered new parts & installed them. Although the panel no longer puffs up, the top oven door still does not close flush, even after new hinges were installed The repairman did not know what else to do. Since it works & seems to hold heat, I'll live with it. But it's sad that I paid lots of money for a product that has many manufacturing flaws.

I'm still learning how to use the convection oven and air fryer options on this range. The more I learn about it the better I like it. The one thing I need to do is confirm the baking temperature as it seems to take longer to bake that I think it should. The items that I've air fried and baked in the convection oven have turned out great. I'm loving the options it give me--the griddle, burner sizes, oven options!

We've had this oven for 4 months. It works as expected with few issues.
Pro's
- Large cooking surface.
- Burners heat up food quickly.
- Dual cooking timers allow tracking for top and bottom ovens.
Con's
- Range surface gets dirty very easily and is a challenge to clean. One needs to remove all grates to access area beneath.
- No oven cleaning feature (at least not one that works). There is a steam clean option that doesn't do anything.
- Burners on range don't always light on first attempt.

The only items I don't like are the following. Large burners don't turn down low enough to simmer smaller pots.
The knob height I too close to the burner height, you can hit them with pans when pulling them off.
Oven cooks much cooler than usual.
Convection fan rattles.

So far, this oven has been so great! Being able to cook different things at different temperatures at the same time is so awesome. Plus, the built in griddle on top is just so handy! The only downfall that I've seen is that cleaning the top is a little difficult because the griddle is heavy and you have to take it and the grates off to clean the top. That being said, I still love it!
