We remodeled our kitchen and decided to switch from electric cooktop and wall oven to this gas range. We couldn't be happier! The oven heats up super fast and the Airfryer works great! We enjoy using the griddle as well, but bought the additional grate for when we are not using the griddle. After years of stainless, we think the Slate finish ( also on our vent and fridge) is a nice change, requiring minimal maintenance and a nice contrast to our white cabinets.

Functionally all three machines, $7000 worth, that we just purchased from you are functioning properly. We did have difficulty converting the stove over to propane because one of your valves in the center on the top would not come out so I had to destroy it by using an easy out to get it out. Luckily I was able to do that without ruining the threads and put in the new fitting. We also have a couple of scratches on a couple of doors and waiting for those to be replaced.

We were extremely excited about this until we actually got it. We have had the product for two months now. The top grates are already silver instead of the black color where they have worn by sitting pots on them. The broiler feature of the oven takes twice as long as our previous oven to do its job. We do like the griddle that is on the top of the stove and that look of it but we are not pleased with how much it cost. We were thinking this would be much higher-end than it actually is.

I am expecting GE to contact me to send a reputable service tech to my house to look at my BRAND NEW range that I paid thousands for. The cooktop is great! No issues at all. The oven is another story. Fan is noisy and sounds like it's hitting metal. I cannot use the airfryer at all. As a matter of fact, I do not even feel safe using the oven. I also question the temperature accuracy of the oven. After GE contacts me, I will adjust my rating based on the level of customer service I receive.

Yes they don't make them like they used to. But when comes to features, hands down a winner. I was an appliance tech years ago. And paying two grand was not something I would do. After having two ranges one for twenty years and another about five that was used. I finally decided to go for it. Yes you can gets a lemon from all brands. And some people just have unreal expectations. If this breaks it's usually under warranty and companies charge way too much for parts. So far so I love this thing. 4 Stars because of the goofy timer system.

The confection oven cooks perfectly. What I love most is the griddle! We purchased the optional grill so that we would have additional stove top cooking which is a must. This range is beautiful. I also love how easy the racks slide in and out of the oven. I have had some that aren't so easy and GE makes baking a breeze with this oven. The only thing I might change would be the white print on the controls which is a bit difficult to read but I
wouldn't mark the range down for it. I have had many brands and this GE is the best we
have owned! We purchased the Slate color and it is beautiful.

I bought this stove back in July of this year as part of a kitchen reno. I also purchased a GE fridge, dishwasher and microwave. I was so excited as this was the first set of new appliances I'd ever bought. I was especially excited because our old range was electric and this new one was gas! The appliances were finally delivered on 8/13. Everything worked fine for about a month and a half. We used the oven maybe 10-15 times, then on 10/1, as we were preheating the oven, it just stopped! The control panel shut down, with no clues or insight as to what may have happened. We called the store where we'd purchased the appliances (as well as a 5-year protection plan for each) and we were directed to call GE. After finally getting through to someone, they scheduled a tech to come out, but they wouldn't be at our home for a week. Eventually the tech shows up, spends about 8 minutes diagnosing the problem, only to inform us that the part that was needed is on back order and likely won't be available until 12/1!!!!!!
I am so beyond frustrated and disappointed and am completely at the mercy of this company which seems well-aware that this is in ongoing problem (reviews dating over a year with the same complaint) and yet are doing seemingly nothing to improve this product or prevent this problem.
I have a family of 5 to feed and now we're approaching cold weather and the holidays and there is a really good chance I won't be able to do any baking or cooking. If I could go back in time, I would 100% not buy this product or this brand given their lousy customer service.
