From a purely superficial prospective this oven looks great. Upon actually touching and using the oven I am shocked at all the cheap material used in the manufacturing process.
1. The grates are coated aluminum NOT cast iron. I do not expect them to hold up. A teflon coated aluminum griddle defeats the purpose
2. The grates are held in place by rubber feat that are glued to black poweder coated sheet metal underlay. How does that work when the oven top gets hot??? No doubt these griddles will wiggle and wobble once those rubber feet give out.
3. The knobs are HOLLOW plastic, the handles are plastic with an aluminum wrap on the front.
4. The burners are cast aluminum, the burner covers are powder coated aluminum and do not feel very heavy.
The burner assembly and the top grates have a couple mm of wiggle room so not precise machining.
This may be how ovens in this price range are made now but it feels cheap.
On the plus side the slate finish is nice and if you can look past the fact this is made of sheet metal and aluminum the ovens work well. Though the top oven is small and the bottom oven is hard to reach.

We had this installed yesterday, and so far, everything we've tried has worked well except for the timer. You can set the volume up or down, but even at it's highest, it is exceptionally quiet. If you in another room with any kind of noise going on, you're not going to hear this timer. It's like a gently whispered little tune telling you your food is done.

I love the edge to edge top grates and the griddle. I can figure those out. More flame is hotter, less flame is not as hot. LOL No owners manual in the box. How can I get a copy? I'm not sure how the Air Fryer is working Its advertised as No Preheat, but its way slower than the el cheepo countertop air fryer that we gave away. The fan doesn't kick on right away and then it shuts off sometimes. Why??? Maybe directions would help.

First, the oven is really nice looking. You can replace the middle griddle with a higher-end, cast iron one that has a grill on the flip side. The gas burners light immediately and are very powerful. I love the choice of having convection heating as well as the air fryer option. Seems very well built.

Pre heat is quick. Top oven cooks well and alittle quicker. Center griddle is nice. Scrambled eggs are hard to scoop up with the low sides. Two utensils would work better. I put a plate under the front edge and push the eggs over the lip onto the plate. Things do fall off the griddle on to the stove top.

Very pleased with how it looks especially the slate blends well with both black and stainless appliances. Features on stove are excellent and control panel is easy enough to use and operate. Bottom oven is gas with air fryer top oven is electric.
