This is our first gas stove. I could not push it back all the way into the existing electric stove slot. I thought these were built to a standard size. The buzzer is not as loud as the previous stove. We knew when the previous stove had pre-heated or the timer had ended. Other than those issues, the oven and the burners work well.

We have discovered that the temp of this range is not correct. It cooks too cold. We have adjusted it several times following the support documents but it is still 50 degrees off. We are having warranty repairs done soon. The top burners and center grill are okay.

It was easy to change from natural gas to propane. The only complaint I have is when we got the NEW stove, the griddle had a lot of scratch es on it. Other than that, it is a great stove. Would have got 5 stars if not for the scratches on the griddle.

This oven range replaced an older GE range that was about 20 years old. I was so pleasantly surprised at the nice features of this range. We love the griddle in the middle and use it for grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. Have also made pancakes. Love the sealed gas burners, sure makes for much easier clean up. If you've ever had to lift the top and clean under the burners you'll understand what a great feature that is! The oven works great and heats so much more evenly than my older oven range and I notice it holds it's heat so much better than my old oven. No more hot kitchen while I'm baking! Overall this GE oven range is great! The only thing I would change is that I would have gotten one sooner had I known how nice this new one is!

Upon receiving this range it was apparent that it would be simple to figure out how to use the new gas range. The controls feel good to the touch. The burners light very quickly. Inside the stove is large. The options to clean are good. It is taller than I had anticipated.

This oven replaces a 12 year old Frigidare. The burners are much stronger than the stove it replaces which only had 6 burner settings, this new GE has 9 settings. The oven heats quickly too. I agree with other reviews on this oven however, that the bottom storage drawer is it's weak link. The Frigidare had a much studier bottom drawer and easier to open.

This thing throws some heat! I find myself having to turn the knobs down because it's too hot. Nice looking too. The only problem I had, the door handle and knobs stick out so much I cannot open a cabinet drawer that is adjacent. Didn't take those into account when I measured. Solution for now, open the door and remove two of the knobs to get into the drawer. Just something to consider when you are measuring the fit.

It works well indeed, but the grate on the right side does not sit flush on top of the stove. It seems the stovetop is warped. We tried putting it on a flat surface and it is stable, but not on the stove top.

I picked this GE gas range for its 5 burner option, the fifth burner has the option to use as a griddle. I also wanted the broiler to be in the oven and this model has that option. The knobs on the front of the stove are safe for children. I couldn't be happier with my new Gas Range.

It has only been a few weeks since this range was installed, but so far, every feature I have used is more than satisfactory. The keypad control is handy, and the in-oven broiler is a dream come true. (Haven't needed to try oven cleaning features.)

Purchased from Costco. Compared to the 2003 model we replaced (the oven wouldn't stay at the set temperature), this one works fine so far. I like that the oven temperature can be set by pressing numbers instead of with multiple up arrows. I haven't yet used the middle grill, but like that it makes the rangetop all the same height, for easier sliding of heavy pots.
Cons:
The black color matches my other appliances, but because it is a bit higher than counter height it stands out a bit much. I call it My Darth Vader.
The storage drawer on the bottom is a tad difficult to open. Though sleeker looking now, the finger grip is now on top of the drawer instead of in front, so getting fingers in the small space is a little tricky. Or if pulling it open from the bottom, one has to reach down almost to the floor.
