Grew up with awful tasting well water, this completely changed the taste. Now we can drink the water and use the ice cubes from the fridge finally! If you have funny tasting water I would highly recommend this.

Super easy to install. Directions are clear and easy to follow. Purifies water to allow for a clear water and a great tasting water. I love having fresh drinkable water straight out of my fridge whenever I need. My other family members have also notified a great change in our water quality out of the fridge and how much better the water tastes.

Not only is installation incredibly easy - which is a major plus for us because we aren't handy people - but the water is delicious. I can't recommend this enough for folks who don't want to have to call in someone to replace a filter.

We recently began to notice our water having an odd taste so we installed this inline water filtration system and within a couple days, there was a huge difference. It removed all odd tastes, odors, etc. Also no chorine or mercury. This also helped to get rid of any scale buildup on the inside. Our ice is so clear and you can munch on it and get nothing but pure water. Really recommend this water system.

I used the IN-LINE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM, FOR REFRIGERATORS OR ICEMAKERS and it works pretty good. It was easy to install. I have mine under the sink and it does what it is supposed to do. I have no complaints.

Attached this to an outdoor fountain and the setup was a breeze. If you're looking to eliminate some harsh materials from your water source this product is good for a few months at casual use. The filter itself is readily available and easy to swap in and out.

I'll keep my review short and sweet! I can't say enough about IN-LINE WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM, FOR REFRIGERATORS OR ICEMAKERS Gxrlqk. I haven't used my icemaker for years so I figure I'd try this system. You cannot beat it for the money! It completely changed the taste and smell of my horrible city water! Not to mention that it took me all of 20 minutes to hook up, super easy installation. I have a softner so I wish it removed sodium but that's a whole other animal! I recommend this unit!

My refrigerator is old and doesn't have a built in filtration system. I was looking for something more affordable than drinking bottled waters all the time. This filter helps take out all the contaminants and makes the water and ice taste better.
Installation was a little more difficult than I thought it would but with a little help it's secure. So far it seems to be working well.

My husband was able to easily install this filter system to our ice maker after watching the video. It only took about 15 minutes for him to get everything set up and working. Our ice cubes have a better taste now with the filtration than they did before. I'd highly recommend this to anyone whose looking for a filter system for their fridge. I can't believe we didn't think to do this earlier.

Honestly I don't do a lot of DYII and I was pretty nervous but everything is really easy to use and install and work with and honestly I couldn't be happier knowing that I've got the water line now filtered especially for my eyes and that I feel confident working with this device to keep it going.

The first worked fine. Needed to replace filter and Home Depot only carried the whole set. Dummy me replaced the existing one and it leaked from the outlet side. Bought another one and it did the same thing.

I've tried 2 of them, both leaked from the inlet side, even with clean cuts, clean lines, and inserted 3/4 inch in. Customer service said to try buying one or two more, then return if they keep leaking.

Purchased for an ice maker. Tried to install with 1/4" copper tubing at the inlet and outlet. Made 3/4" lines from the ends of inlet and outlet lines, as instructed. Tubing was cut square and the ends sanded smooth. Found I could not insert the lines into the filter head the full 3/4" length, was short about 1/8". Lines were firmly in when pushing and tugging.
When water was turned on, it leaked from the inlet connection.
