Our new stove is broken on March 2nd, 2026. Called GE, they sent a technician a week ago. The guy was pretty nice and told me to change my outlet, but also suggested to change the cord. But I have a hard time to find a cord with the same specifications to the original. Since the product is still under factory warrenty, could you send me a power cable cord for the repair? I would change my rating if you could.

After all of the issues we had with Lowe's delivery service, we finally received this range. So far so good. We really like the efficiency of this range. The cooktop burners heat up quickly. The controls are easy to use. The oven bakes evenly. We have no complaints at this time. The range works great!!

My family has been GE customers for many, many years, however, we will never purchase another GE product after using this oven. We purchased this oven to replace a black glass top GE model from 2012, having never had issues with marks or scratching on the glass top of that older model. This new oven, model GRF400SVBB, after ONE basic use, has unsightly markings under the glass that are permanent. There is a small silver dot pattern under the glass top, and those dots have turned into unsightly marks in some areas, apparently due to simply placing a heated tray on the glass top. The most basic use for an oven™"placing a heated tray after removing it from the oven™"has ruined the appearance of the glass top. Why on earth would this not be considered a fatal design flaw for a stove? After doing some searching, this is apparently a GE glass top issue that customers are not aware of until after purchase, and then they are told there is nothing that can be done by GE customer service. Absolutely appalling. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN, PERIOD. Since we have only had this oven for less than a day and this issue appeared after a single use, we are going to try and return it to the store in exchange for literally any other brand but GE. We are also going to let friends & family know about this issue, and warn them to stay away from all GE products going forward.

Great stove! This is my first glass top stove. I had to figure out how to clean the top thoroughly, which included buying a special cleaner, cleaning pad and a special scraper to keep it clean. It beats using a drip pan stove. It would be great if the cleaning products used to thoroughly clean the top of the stove was included with the package. Regardless, it™™s still worth buying.
