I™™ve owned the fridge for a month now. Love the amount of space and adjustable shelves. Freezer just the right size for our needs. The indoor ice maker and water dispenser are wonderful. I really enjoy the smaller ice cubes the maker produces. I appreciate the door open alarm and the indicator when there is a power outage. Overall very happy.

Great size, looks lovely, works well, and is organized nicely. A few things made me go ™ugh™ though. The butter compartment lid doesn™™t have a lip on it like my old fridge, so it™™s a little more cumbersome to open. The produce keeper slot doesn™™t fit the produce keeper bags because there™™s a big ridge in the middle. You have to fold the bag up and stuff it into the lower section. One of the shelves was scratched up on the edge underneath the protective blue tape. A small plastic piece at the top of the door near the hinge is banged up. It™™s noisy. Excessively taped and plastic coated, especially considering the few imperfections it had. My biggest complaint is the third drawer from the bottom. It™™s not as deep as the produce drawers so there™™s a little extra shelf, but you have to move everything on it to access the drawer so it™™s basically wasted space. Finally, the doors are pretty deep so I didn™™t expect the bins to not hold nearly as many jars as my old fridge. All of those negatives are fairly minor and only add up to half a star deduction in my opinion.

I have never previously owned a refrigerator that has restrictions in the refrigerator section on where food items can be placed. The airflow paths interfere with food item placement, particularly, but not limited to the top shelf along the rear wall and near the air filter. Food items placed in these areas will freeze. If the next shelf slot down is utilized, freezing will occur in the left rear corner area. I am very disappointed by this. For reference, the temperature control is set to the factory default of 0° in the freezer compartment and 37° in the refrigerator compartment.The shelf space is rather limited for a refrigerator of this size in the refrigerator compartment and especially in the freezer compartment. Thankfully, there is a slot for an additional shelf in the refrigerator compartment. An additional shelf (or shelves) can be added to the freezer compartment by removing one (or both) of the fold out bins. I added a shelf to the refrigerator compartment and replaced one bin with a shelf in the freezer compartment. That helped quite a bit, but I am going to add a second shelf to the freezer compartment. The bins in the door provide enough of that kind of storage for my usage; shelves are much more useful for boxed items. Beyond the space issue. The ice dispenser ejects ice chips into the freezer compartment and on the floor. (I only use the ice cube option, not crushed) .Never have I ever experienced this with any other refrigerator. Some of the chips are pretty small and some are larger, but always multiple and always annoying! Maybe I can figure out a way to catch the chips on the outside, but it's still going to eject chips into the freezer. Design flaw, for sure.The french door LG that this refrigerator replaced lasted 12 years with no problems, until the compressor failed. Hopefully, this refrigerator will prove to be reliable for a long period of time, however, I have not committed to keeping it long enough to find out.

Side by side is so much more convenient and practical compared to the bottom freezers. This is a great refrigerator/freezer combo. There is a ton of storage and everything is visible from the door. And the ice maker makes these perfect little square cubes. My only complaint - there was no egg storage container.

This refrigerator replaced an over 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator that was still working, but showing it's age. So far it is working well. Ice maker is a bit noisy when it dumps ice and refills but the refrigerator overall is quieter than the one it replaced. Counter depth is perfect for my smaller kitchen. Time will tell if it can make the 20 year mark like the one it replaced.

My very old refrigerator went out, it was 26 years old , way past its time. I went to Home Depot and this refrigerator was the only one that would to it in my space. It's counter depth and perfect for the cabinet. It gives me 3 inches more of space in my kitchen and perfect under cabinets. Love the electronic control . It really is great! Excellent choice and couldn't be happier.
