We have only owned it for two weeks.Shelves are difficult to move, Disappointing the water from the door is not chilled. Otherwse great LED lighting ,and large ice capacity . Also did not come with an owner™™s manual . Great looking Black SS design .

Very pleased with our new frig. We now have a working ice maker. I will never buy another refrigerator with the ice maker in the refrigerator section and not freezer section. The Samsung I had was only 8 years old but we after 3 fixes on icemaker under warranty, I gave up when it quite working and have been using ice trays for at least 4.5 years. Then the Samsung developed a slow leak. I was over it.

I purchased a side-by-side counter depth refrigerator to replace my old french door fridge. It fits so much better and has plenty of room inside. I love the new color that Frigidaire now has, which is a black stainless steel. It doesn™™t look black, but rather more like gunpowder. The ice maker and water dispenser is easy to use as well. Good value and looks great with my cabinets.

First of all, love the black stainless. The only glitch was that two of the fridge side LEDs were dead. We called a service guy who ordered parts. It didn't seem that complex so I found a schematic and figured that it must be a loose connection in one of the lights. I unplugged then re-inserted the light and all was well. I called back and said that the parts weren't needed. The shelves and racks are reasonably well-considered. The freezer side is large, especially compared to our previous French door fridge. LOVE the ice maker. It's on the freezer side so it doesn't take up fridge space. It's voluminous and the chipped ice feature is fantastic as is the overflow tube down to the evaporation pan. I'd def buy it again.

Refrigerator fits cabinet area very well very well, Color was a good pick. Only thing I don™™t like is the inside is the thin plastic trays (looks cheap) It is roomy inside that I thought since I had a 24.5 cubic foot before.

I do not know what is going on at the factory but the interior back panel on the freezer was improperly installed and I had to clean the refrigerator as there was debris on the insde of it that should not have been in it.

We previously had a wood paneled front fridge and I was unsure if I would like having one that did not match my cabinets. The Black Stainless is classy and clean and exceeded my expectations. I originally wanted the 4 door with freezer drawers, but the savings in price with this model was worth going without. I find the cabinet depth so nice to see everything in the refrigerator clearly. The ice maker in the fridge seems to take up less room than my side by side older model and allows for bigger flat items to fit nicely. I do also have a pantry fridge so this one's size works for our family nicely.

We have had our new fridge for 3 weeks now and just love it! The color, the look, the adjustable shelves , the 3 pull out drawers in the fridge ... we now keep our fruits and veggies in separate drawers! The fridge door has great storage ... the freezer side is roomy and has 2 pull out drawers and lots of storage on the door! Just love the water/ice dispenser ... crushed is my favorite! Everything seems. to be working just fine. I was a little dissapointed that it does not dispense cold water like my old one did. This refrigerator does not have an inside storage tank to cool water. Just something I have to get used to putting ice in glass prior to water. Love that it has a separate deli drawer.

Best fridge we have ever owned. Super quiet, countertop depth holds more than are old standard due to its layout. You can organize your goods much better. You can fill the doors up and they will still close. The ice maker is great! Makes ice super fast.
