This microwave has so many features, I™™m honestly not sure tha I will ever use all of them, but it is fantastic that they are available to use. I love the sleek look of the microwave.The only drawback I have is that the bottom corner of the door is very sharp and I am just the right height that if I stand in the ring place and try to shut or open the door, it has scratched me pretty badly. So- something to watch out for.

If you want an appliance that works great for 2 years and then starts crapping out slowly, this is a great option. Also, if you like knowing their customer service is terrible if you have any issues, Frigidaire is the brand for you. A few months ago, our over the range light just stopped working. I tried to get a replacement light from the company. They shipped me the wrong part. Thankfully they gave me a refund. My husband looked at it and said he thought it was an electrical issue with the light, not the light itself. Yesterday, I was using the air fry feature and noticed the element was glowing like it was about to catch fire. I thought it was something burned on there (though I couldn™™t out how any food could have gotten on the upper element). After a lot of cleaning, I realized it wasn™™t food but something metal that had melted in there. The element must have melted. I can™™t get it off. The air fry and convection part of the oven now don™™t work. I™™m not going to bother contacting customer service or a repair person because I™™ve already had an atrocious experience with them on another appliance and know that the company won™™t help. Appliance repair people know their parts department is terrible and never sends you the right part because they don™™t know what it is. The microwave currently works, but I™™m guessing it doesn™™t last long. I™™m sure I™™ll be looking for a replacement soon and I™™m positive I won™™t be buying anything from Frigidaire.

This microwave does it all! I appreciate the stylish look and the ease of navigation in using it on an everyday basis. This is a solid choice as it does so much more than a traditional microwave. I do not really cook per se, but I do use the air fryer which is fantastic and I don't have to pull out any equipment from the cabinets. I am new to Frigidaire and I am very pleased with the quality so far.

Awesome appliance. Very large capacity. Easy opening door. Light and fan with it have multiple levels and easy to uses. Air fry capability allowed us to get rid of another space eating appliance. Lot of nice features you just have to use to see it.

My Frigidaire GMOS1968AF microwave worked fine™"right up until the entire door fell off at just 2 years and 2 months. Every single plastic mount snapped. A microwave door shouldn™™t self-destruct from normal daily use, especially not this soon.What made it worse was support™™s response: the one-year warranty is up, and I should™™ve bought an extended warranty. As if a premium appliance losing its door at 26 months is somehow on me. Then the kicker: repairs cost nearly half the price of a new unit.This isn™™t wear and tear. It™™s poor materials and poor design. I expected reliability™"not a reminder to keep my toolbox handy for a microwave.Frigidaire has lost a customer for life and will make sure to NEVER recommend them to anyone. I will also be posting this review every where possible.

We bought this microwave to replace a Sears brand that still worked perfect, but we needed a new refridg. Since all the other appliances were 14 years old we decided to replace everything with the Frigidaire Gallery series. This replaced the air fryer now more room on the counter! The styling is sleek and modern, and everything works as it should that we have used, we haven't used the baking mode, the main reason we got this model was because it is a 30inch width model that fit in the space above the stove the other microwaves were too small, and it had air fry. One thing that takes some getting use to is the having the controls on the door, with the controls on the door it makes the door larger and seems clumsy, I guess I want to say it's a lot of door to open, you didn't gain anymore space inside because when the door is open there is still a section behind the door were the controls would have been on a "normal" microwave, there is cooking tips in that place now, not a huge deal just odd and the door seems huge to open. But we are glade we bought it and would buy it again.

This is our third microwave in eight years and our second Frigidaire. This by far is the quietest of all the microwaves I™™ve ever had. We have an air fryer that we don™™t have to use anymore because the built-in air fryer on this microwave. Does a wonderful job. We like all the options that are available and it may not be the same color as our other appliances it™™s still a handsome addition to our kitchen.

We replaced a 12 yr old Frigidaire Gallery microwave, that still had some life in it, but it was time to go. This updated version is absolutely amazing. It does everything that you need it to do except cut up your food and serve it to you. It™™s quiet, cooks and heats up fast and all the way through. There™™s so many features on it that I can™™t wait to use. You will definitely need two people to install this as it™™s extremely heavy. If you™™re looking for an all in one microwave, look no further.

I™™ve been using this for one year and have tried all functions included: microwave, air fryer, and convection oven. The microwave works okay but not great. I wanted an air fryer so I didn™™t need to keep my stand alone air fryer. Oh well, the air fryer doesn™™t crisp things at all. Still trying to get the convection oven to work right. After watching a YouTube video I discovered the Frigidaire instructions left out a major item: take out the glass tray and turntable ring when using the convection oven. I wanted too much from a single appliance. If I had it to do over again I would definitely NOT buy this appliance.
