Do not buy of at all possible. The manufacturer does not stand behind the product. To many issues to list and the manufacturer could care less.One of the most dangerous is the coating peels off on the inside leaving metal exposed and what happens when you put metal in a microwave wave? Well that happens when the coating starts to peel. And I had never experienced this until I had a Frigidaire product. By the way I have plans to post this review elsewhere.

Microwave came out of the box broken and Frigidaire will not replace it. If I could give a zero star, I would. Frigidaire has not been responsive or helpful. Frigidaire refuses to replace a brand new appliance. This has been going on since June 13, 2025 and now heading into August 2025. Would not recommend this to anyone. Update. As of August 4th, Frigidaire has sent the same people to fix the brand new microwave without any success and still will not replace the microwave. Frigidaire is not train their customer service people properly to make sure they are not booking multiple service companies. They keep giving me the runaround. All I am asking for is for the microwave to be replaced or to be reimbursed for my purchase. Frigidaire knows what they are making it difficult for customers to get any help.

My husband pick out all of my appliances. They are all Frigidaire (I have a Frigidaire gallery)!!! The kitchen is beautiful. But the functions on my appliances are outstanding. The microwave is low to the ground and it has a safety feature (lock) that can™™t be opened by my 6 year old grandson. It lights up when in use and entertains my dog when food is cooking. Cleans up easily. I™™m very impressed with my microwave. And all of my Frigidaire appliances. Thanks for your attention to detail. You Rock!!!!

It runs so quite compared to all my other microwaves. Install was pretty easy, we were able to do it ourselves. The functionality is simple to understand. We had to look up how to turn off the child safety lock. I gave it a 4 because the trim kit is sorta cheap, which means it will most likely get damaged quickly.

It looks beautiful and is incredibly quiet. I like the lock button because I have a toddler in thee house, and its easy to unlock. I had a Frigidaire sensor cook microwave for about 15 years before it quit. Thats why I bought another one. Beautiful and high quality that lasts. Worth every penny.

I would agree that this is total junk. I have had this Frigidaire gallery 3 years and 4 months. The LED display lights started going out at least 1.5 years ago. This recently didn™™t just stop working, it started blowing the breaker, which is even worse. Currently shopping for a replacement because this just feels too dangerous to even repair.

Would give this ZERO stars if I could!!!! My unit is 3 years old and it began melting and sparking on the inside for no reason. The customer service was absolutely awful as well to offer any type of resolution. Don't buy, it wont even last you 5 years.
