I would give this 0 stars if i could. my BRAND NEW oven does not work. It doesn't bake cookies, frozen pizza, anything. When you start the oven the whole house smells like gas. It is a huge safety concern and it is very dangerous. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Save yourself the biggest headache of your life (literally-from the gas smell) and do not order Frigidaire.

This range has serious problems. The oven gas does not ignite all the way around so gas just flows out and the whole house smells of gas. It ignites after several minutes and causes a mini explosion. Very unsafe and dangerous.

I decided to get this new range after trying to bake a pie for Thanksgiving and having the dough come out, soggy in the bottom of the dish. I knew there was something wrong with that old oven, but it sure picked the worst day to prove it. The new range has been installed, and I™™ve been so pleased with both its appearance and functionality. For the price point it really looks and functions to a lot of gourmet standards.One thing I really love is the extensive grill work on the top piece pieces, instead of just a few metal prongs to support a pot, even my smallest of cookware feels sturdy and well supported. The gas is heating smooth and evenly. The oven doesn™™t take long to preheat, which is fantastic. The batch of Christmas cookies I made last night came out perfectly. Looking forward to baking my Christmas meal next! The storage drawer in the bottom is great for keeping my cookie sheets in as well. I™™m very very pleased with it so far.

Brand new gas range and the oven temp is off by 35 degrees it says it™™s preheated to temp but it doesn™™t reach those degrees. First day I received it and I had to set up for technician to come out and repair this not even a day old. And I™™m very disappointed I should have just kept my old stove .

I had to have a service man out already to replace the lighting piece that starts the flame. He stated you all have sent a message out stating this is a problem. So, short term, not to happy with the quality as we have only had the range for 2 weeks and used it twiced. It was causing a popping sound during use. But the repair man was excellent! I hope you all place quality on profit more in the future. We pay a lot to have you brand name and this should not happen within 2 weeks of use. **I feel you should provide us a 5yr warrantly plan for free after this. This should never happen in such a short time frame. But we will stay with it if no other issues arise. Please focus on quality.

The panel area is sensitive to the touch. Everytime you reach over to the back burner and your body touches the panel it changes the panel. For example, I have set the oven and each time my body touched the panel screen it changes the screen. It's terrible.

FYI, this review system did not allow me to give a review without any stars.We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery Gas Range. We had already had one for 12 years and were quite surprised and now infuriated as to the low quality of this appliance compared to the one we had previously. No where is it stated that the gas stove has an electric broiler. If we had known this we never would have purchased it in the first place. Even the sales person did not know. Since this installation, it required a new regulator one week after installation since the gas flame was too high and making a loud noise. The steam "cleaning" system was not working. Called in another repair technician. It was "working". However, the technician said this system does not clean very well vs the self cleaning system. In fact, it barely cleans at all. This was another thing we were not informed about by Frigidaire. The electric broiler is not hot enough. We called Frigidaire for yet another service call. We were told we were on the schedule for today Sunday) and Frigidaire said the appointment was confirmed. No surprise that they did not come since they are closed on Sunday! Do not purchase this unit, you will regret it.

The oven is beautiful and works perfectly. Only have it 2 weeks. The oven gets to temperature in under 3 minutes. There are 5 burners on top. The knobs on the oven are not plastic they are stainless steel which is nice. Very happy with my purchase.

Oven was very simple to install and has easy to level feet. Daily use is very reliable. We really like the different sized burners. The biggest one really boils water and soups fast. Have yet to use the steam bake option but am excited for that. And after cooking cleaning the range up is very easy.
